AN ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ON SIVAJI ENCLAVE ABOVE C-19C, D.D.A FLAT, SIVAJI ENCLAVE RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI - 110027.

WANT TO INFORM THAT HERE IS BEING A SOCIAL CRIME & CORRUPTION THAT IS A PERSON WHICH NAME IS AWATER SINGH PURCHASED A ROOF FROM SURENDRA PAL WHICH ADDRESS IS C-19C, D.D.A FLAT,
SIVAJI ENCLAVE, RAJOURI GARDEN AND MADE ROOM SET, THAT IS ILLIGAL HERE DID FIRST COMPLAINT THROUGH AREA INSPECTOR RAM KUMAR OF DELHI POLICE OF DATED 13/07/09. BUT NO ANY ACTION FOUND I CAN ASK WHY ????.

SECOND COMPLAIN DID THROUGH KISHAN PAL THEY DID COMPLAINED ON DATED 28/04/10 THATS COMPLAIN NO IS 1295 IN MCD OFFICE TOWN HALL RAJOURI GARDEN.
BUT NO ANY ACTION FROM MCD OFFICE I CAN ASK WHY, THIS IS NOT ILLIGAL OR CORREPTION IN DEPARTEMENT ?????.

THIRD COMPLAIN AGAIN NOTED ON 04/05/10 THATS COMPLAIN NO IS 198-A, IN MCD OFFICE, TOWN HALL, RAJOURI GARDEN. BUT AGAIN NOW NO ANY ACTION FOUND HERE ?????????????????????????.

I AM NOW INDICATING THAT WHY NOT TAKEING ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS ILLIGAL CONSTRUCTION OF AWATAR SINGH WHICH ADDRESS IS C-19C, D.D.A FLATS, SIVAJI ENCLAVE, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI-27.

JUST REMIND TO YOU THAT HERE IS ALLOTED ONLY 2ND FLOOR BUT HERE ALREADY HAVE 4TH FLOOR AND DOING CONSTRUCTION AGAIN ONE FLOOR THAT MEANS 5TH FLOOR THIS IS LIGAL OR ILLIGAL ?????.

WHEN ANY TIME WILL BE DONE DESTROY OF ANY TIME BECAUSE CONSTRUCTORE HAVE HAD THE PROPER BASE OF THIS BUILDING THAT IS TILL 2ND FLOOR
SO, ANY TIME IT CAN BE DISTROYED & CAN HARM THEIR LOCALITY BECAUSE THAT HAS CROSSED THE LEBLE OF WEIGHT REGARDING THE BASE REPORT.

I WANT TO ASK THAT IF ANY TYPE OF HARMFUL EFFECT WILL BE DONE
AFTER THAT DEPARTMENT WILL TAKE ANY ACTION, BUT ANY PERSON WANT TO INFORM ANY PARTICULAR THING THEN DEPARTMENT NOT TAKING ANY ACTION .

IF I FOUND NO ANY ACTION FROM MCD DEPARTMENT THEN I WILL WRITE ON
HIGH OR HIGHER.

we are very much anoyed with illegal construction at B3-A/267, Janak Puri New Delhi - 110058 they covered all the three sides of the road like electricty cables, MTNL Poll and many other wires in it please do somting. Local police & WEA dose not take any action after many complaints.

MCD — Illegal construction

Respected Sir/Madam,

I m Rohit kumar sharma a Resident of R-Z-I-32, old som bazar street, Mahavir Enclave, palam New delhi 45. Sir i would like to draw ur kind attention towards a serious problem. sir my neighbour has made an illegal construction. He has Enhanced his House back side as well as front side and occupied my house's front side. he has also put an air conditioner which is throwing constantly hot air and falling water in the street. i as well as the whole residents of our street have requested him so many times to kindly remove his illegal construction but he said that anything can be done in a provisional approved colony like mahavir enclave, according to him there is no law and order for doing illegal construction. Sir if he is saying the right thing then i m shocked that how can be that possible. Is there really no law and order for illegal construction? and if there is any rule and regulation then y is he so confident that no one can take action against him.
Sir being a simple lay man i can just request u because u r the higher authority.
i just want to request u to kindly let us live in a peaceful environment.
i hope u would consider my application because i know now MCD has become the Most Careful Department. Pls sir help me.

Dear Sir,
We are the resident of Gane godam wali gali, F-Block, Jahawar Park, Devli vill.Road, New Delhi and we want to draw the kind attention of Delhi Government and MCD Department of South Zone that in the gali a property dealer Raju is constructing a building in 100 guz are a with 6th floor at F-10, Jahawar Park, Devli vill Road, Khanpur Delhi with lower quality of material and this can be so dangerous it can break down any time.We are surprising that even a MCDofficer or any police man did not come to see this construction because this dealer has already warm there pocket with huge bribe amount.The said construction is also in volation of the building by law.We all citizens fears from the dealer because he has connection with some unsocial elements and neighbour familes have already suffered with his terror becuase he is a Gujjar and this colony also Gujjar lives large pepole.So it is our humbe request to stop this unauthorized constrction before a tragedy ocurred.

MCD — Nala Construction held up

Work to cover the drainage at B-1 Block was taken up with a great celebration.Nala is rigged and lot of rain water is logged in it. The construction work is on hold. Please do some thing.

Subject : COMPLAINT FOR THE BLOCKAGE & OVER-FLOWING OF SEWER LINE OF M.C.D.

Respected Sir

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house and all street is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 week. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & M.C.D. Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my house & on the road The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.No body in the street member used their toilets.

Whenever we all people go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What we supposed to do? pls pls help me nd urgent action

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Unauthorized Construction leading to Problem in Laying off New water pipeline

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that new water pipelines are been laid in Munirka DDA Flats by Delhi Jal Board/MCD. However, pipelines for Flat No. BA-10 A, C, E, G have not been changed due to illegal construction over the water pipelines by Flat No. BA-9B, Mr. Midha.

We have also talked to the contractor responsible for changing the pipelines in our area, with no positive response. Kindly do the needful so that the pipelines are changed on time.

We are here to complain you about a meat shop owner whose address is Standard meat shop,no24, Hudson lane DDA market complex..The vendor has encroached a common place of our market complex by putting cages of hen and other things which are used by him for squatting purpose which is a big nuisance for every neighbouring shops and customers visiting the complex as it produces a foul smell and pieces of meat are spread all around the area.The area encroached by him includes NDPL electricity meter area and the place where a drinking water tap is installed .Please remove the above mentioned encroached area as soon as possible .We are also sending this complaint to health department and newspapers along with the photographs of the encroached area.

The owner of second floor Mr. Pritam Singh has already constructed and an extra floor ( Third floor) despite my objection. Now he is extending his construction which will hamper flow of ventilation to my residence.
I have already logded complaint at Police station, Prasad Nagar on 27.06.2010,29.06.2010,
03.07.2010,06.07.2010,19.07.2010 & 20.07.2010 & at MCD Office, MCD , Karol Bagh Zone ,Anand Parbat, New Delhi on 28.06.2010 but the unauthorised construction by Mr. Pritam Singh is continuing at rapid pace.
I request you to intervene in the matter & issue suitable instruction to stop unauthorised consturction immediately.

My hon’ble sir this is darkening my plot and if you have any murcy think it as since three hundred complains has been done but your Courpt Department has not taken any action as I am poor your staff with money around 500 or may be more and go back to there...It is very much irritating step from your side and you &your staff becouse you all are born from what I don’t know after more than 300 complains np action has been taken. i raj kashyap live at punjabi basti baljeet nagar west patel nagar near holi chowk there are a lot of ades mosquitos which are responsible for dengue outbreak.It seems there is fresh water collected in free space near my house. We are sitting on a impending dengue outbreak..that house in which nobody live there and any body don,t take against that.but most problem create in rainging days because lots of water collected there.this is my humble request to you.plz do the needful any action against that as soon as possible.

unathorised construction in Worli area -

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Uncovered manholes in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi

This mail is to report an unfortunate accident that took place on Saturday 24th July 2010. My 72 year old mother-in-law Ms. Promila Khurana fell into the uncovered manhole that is just next to the entrance of the L shaped park between H & J block in Sarita Vihar. As a resultant, she has 3 broken ribs apart from all the cuts and bruises and the trauma that she is undergoing.

Now who is responsible for the mishap? Does the MCD / Delhi government realize what the citizens are going through due to their callous attitude towards the basic infrastructure of the city?

Two questions:
1. What action would be taken by the MCD to avoid a similar situation with somebody else?
2. How would the government compensate for the mishap?
