I bought the Nokia 1616 from nokia dealer on July 18, 2010, (EMI- [protected]) but, the phone restart while pressing any key after phone lock. I had contact to M/s Bohra Service Center (Nokia Service Center), Ahmedabad, Gujarat and my Service job sheet no.[protected]/100812/27, dated August 12, 2010, but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok and I was really shocked, when I went there still my problem is same.
I have complained to the NOKIA CARELIE, today i.e. September 10, 2010, vide complaint no. 1-[protected] at toll free no.[protected].
Therefore, I would like to say that please kindly look in the matter seriously and hope you will solve very soon.

Its my 2nd complain, in july my cell phone`s blue tooth device stop communication, i visit the Nokia Care in Pakistan, i got my cell phone very next day with the information that software has beeen updated, now the same problum is arosed again on 31st August 2010 i visit Nokia Care they again take my set & told that the cell will be transfered to Lahore lab, now today after 20days the cell phone is not recovered, same answer that cell phone is in lahore lab. these are the nokia services to the customer ?
I hope there will be some action.

1) On the very third day, it was on charging and when i removed charger, its screen was out of working. i got a new sreen from customer care.
2) After five days of repair, its softwares got corrupted, got a new softwares installed from customers care.
3) Now a days i am facing the same software corruption problem as cell gets hang down and then restarts itself many a times a day.
4) Alongwith when i call someone, voice is not clear most of the times.
5) Its bluetooth audio device is totally nonfunctional.
Sir, i am a professional of marketing, i know all the impacts. And i am totally dissatisfied from nokia's poor products and services. And i wont be getting its solutions within the adequate time period, then ofcourse as a layman and frustrated marketeer, i am supposed to defame your products and services as much as possible but i thoght to make to step here first to inform you people to sort out my problem. With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to thier service centre for repairing THREE month ago which I have not received it yet.Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.

I Miss Neha Narang have purchased a NOKIA 5233 with CODE – 0594743 IMEI 358321/03/111363/0 on 18.03.10 from NOKIA PRIORITY BENTICK STREET in which in the month of September 1st my speaker got damaged & the software was very slow & when the same was sent to NOKIA priority & CARE of PRICEP STRRET ( opp orient cinema kolkata )they told me that the speaker has been damaged due to liquid & they have charged me RS 740.00, they have handed over the set to me on 11.09.10 in which the voice clarity was not there & the voice was cracking when hearing songs in speaker but the representative did nt agree & they told that it was OK from there end, but on 15.09.10 again they same problem arised & no voice could be heard from speaker, on 18.09.10 again I handed over my CELL to him & on regular call they were not able to answer me what was the problem . Hence on 09.10.10 approx after 1 month they have handed over to me but there is still the same problem, the voice clarity is not there but the representative is NOT AGREEING to the same .
Pl note that on 15.09.10 on receiving the PHONE I myself put the screen guard on the cell, but when again sent on repairing on 18.09.10 received the phone on 09.10.10 the screen guard was TORN, is this is the service given by the NOKIA .
Hence now only there has been 6 months from using the cell, but I am having a lot of problems & no one is resolving the same . IS THIS IS THE SERVICE GIVEN BY THE NOKIA ……….
I REQUEST YOU TO PLS TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER & RESOLVE THE SAME IN URGENT BASIS .

I have purchased a nokia E63 handset on 18/10/2010..from Zeeq Systems.The customer dealer convinced me telling that the above mentioned set is the best for my use. After two weeks i found that the charge of the cell is downing faster giving me a stupid problem. I took it in one of the nokia authorized service centers named Smart care. Instead of rectifying the problem soon either by giving me a new battery, they kept the cell in their custody irresponsibly for four days. even today i have not received the set. Please direct them to be a little more serious with the customers.

and my set given me hanging problem and i use to go nokia care at guntur in andhrapradesh.but they updated my mobile with 5230 software.this is decreasing my feelings with my mobile.and iam facing hanging problem with it.and iam dissatisfied with nokia care service point.ple get me solution.

In Kenya Nokia is the best, but the care center in Kenya are not giving qualified services to the customers. you better closeup the care center along Hilton Hotel, their taking too long to work on the phones. and once they work on it the phone will still be the same, they do nothing to the phone. what is the meaning of that? i took my Nokia phone their a E52 i was asked to leave it and come after 2 weeks, when i came after 2 weeks i was told not yet come after 1 week. ooooh Nokia people do something bout your products and so called care centers. .

nokia, hotspot — poor after sales service and warranty dispute
i want to have the attention of everyone on the poor services provided by the mobile companies and the mobile retailers.i have bought a NOKIA 5610-d from HOT- SPOT(Jaipur) on date[protected] the mobile retailer chain selling all brands of mobile.the IMEI no. is [protected] and i am holding a valid bill for the same.recently i had some problem with my mobile handset and to avail my warranty service i went to NOKIA service support(Begumpet) i was declined of it on the context that my warranty have expired 8months before though i produced a valid bill i was not rendered any support.i don't understand were the problem is either with NOKIA or HOT-SPOT but i am the one who is in the shear loss. i want the concerned authorities or personals to help me and do justice to me.

I purchase a Nokia N8 on[protected] EMI No. in you Nokia showroom at Kadapa town, Andhra Pradehs, after 10 days itis totally dead and i met your nokia care at Kadapa and i hand over it on13.-11-2010, till the date there is no response from you nokia care. at least they are sending the status of my phone.
so please take the immediate action and send me new nokia phone N8. This is my kind request. Other wise i will take necessary action in the consumer court

was arised then I went to barrackpore nokia care they asked for 1200 rs for same problem. so i am not happy with your service.

N 8 has been the BIG BAD BUY for us. We bought it on the day of launch in Bangalore. After 5 days it could not open some file so we took it to Nokia Care. They said a software update is required and it will take 2 day. We got it back from them thinking our problems are over. No this was the beginning. Since then it is with nokia Care and and now they say ur handset is not repairable and we have no clues of what the the company will give you back.I have written many many times, spoken to more than 50 people in customer support and complaint handling...all in vain...Now they are trying to push a second hand handset to us instead of our 7 day used 25000Rs priced handset...
Nokia Mobile — Hang and Switch OFF Problem
HiI bought the nokia X2 from nokia dealer in Rohtak in Oct 2010 but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off from first day I used. I went to nokia care (Instant Solution GURGAON) give my cell phone for repair but every time they gave it back and said your cell phone is OK , but my cellphone doesn't work properly and have same problem. I went again to Nokia Servicing Center after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is OK . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked. So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!
I totally agree. In my case, going by my purchase bill from Dealer ( Viz., VIJAY SALES) my Nokia is clearly within Warrarnty Period. There is no dispute about this. But since it is an old model, it appears that the same was lying with the Dealer unsold for quite some time. Now, the Computer Systme of the Service Centre calculates the Warranty Period by their own method on the basis of the DATE OF MANUFACTURE. And hence my Nokia does not figure in their system. They now want me to go to the dealer and obtain a copy of the Distributor's bill under which Dealer had purchased the same from Distributor. I tried my best in telling them them that the transaction between the Distirbutor and Dealer is not any of my business. But no help! A very smart incharge(Shri Hemant Bhosale) at the Chembur, Mumbai Service Centre even had the audacity to advice me that my warranty period from the date of manufacture is over and that I should not have purchased the same from dealers. All I can say is !
i have lot of complaints about nokia product c5. recently a month before i have bought c5 yet it is not in working condition. within this month it had been gone five times for repairing. and they replaced a new piece but at the end it has also got same complaints. still idont have any phone with me because last one also gone four repairing. so i have question to nokia service that if things are going like this what is the satisfaction u are offering to customers?. how can you assure quality that you are comenting on your product. i am expecting replay from u, my phone no [protected]
