there is 3rd class service center in vasant kunj. they solved people problems but increase it. i go there with my phone n86 4-5 times but they not solve my problem but they increse it. they said to me that ur phone go to headquarter to solve ur problem and said came 7-10 . my contact no. Respected Sir,
I, Dhaval V. Sanghavi, a customer of Deep Darshan Telecom, Bhuj, Kachchh, from where I purchased a cellular phone namely a coffee colored N-73, with IMEI no. [protected] regret to inform you that I have been treated poorly at the hands of Nokia care centre situated at Panchwati, Ahmedabad.
I had been given a defective piece at the starting, of which I notified the care centre and was given a replacement of which the details are as under:
Challan no. 479
Old no. [protected]
New no. [protected]
However that piece was defective also and had to be replaced for the second time at the aforesaid care centre of which, the details are as under:
Challan no. 506
Old no. [protected]
New no. [protected]
Which again was a defective piece, in that it’s phone alert was improper and the phone restarted frequently. Moreover, the piece had been used earlier by one Mr. having contact details .The phone was taken for replacement on1/Jan/2010 with job sheet no.[protected]/100101/31.
Due to these frequent problems with the handset, I am not only frustrated but angry as well. The sustained poor response of Nokia care centre and their indifference has prompted me to draft this application to you.
I had given a written application of complaint earlier also, of which no action was taken, and no type was lost in your office. This is the last time that I am giving you an informal warning. The next time that you get a warning from me will undoubtedly come from the consumer forum, where I will not only file complaints for the poor quality of handsets provided by Nokia, but also the inferior service provided by Nokia Customer Care.
My requests as to this are simple:
The model SHOULD BE BRAND NEW. If I get even the slightest information that it had been used earlier by someone else, I will file a complaint at the consumer forum.
The N-73 piece should be coffee in color: NO OTHER COLOR THAN COFFEE WILL SUFFICE.
If these requirements are not met WITHIN 15 DAYS, I would be forced to take the appropriate legal actions.
With the hope that my request will be granted as soon as possible, Sir, I am always

I bought Nokia 5310 displayproblem was occured and I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre, MATRIC ASHON NAGER CHENNAI-ON Dt. 21.12.2009 my IMEI No. [protected]. JOB SHEET NO :[protected]/0912221/39 But, till date I am not received my handset back or not even satisfy answer from yourside. i bought nokia 5800 express music on 28 january 2010 nd started facing problems on 3 day.the visual screen when in standby shows coloured lines and blurred effects.i have alredy given the handset to nakia care naraina vihar, new delhi 110028, india.they say that they are out of stock of LCD and it will take probably 2 weeks for repair.i am not satisfied with the service.kindly tell the authorities to take strict action.

Nokia 5800 — no response from service center
dear sir,I given my cell (model no: 5800) to an authorised service center for repair on 24/dec/2009, but till now i wont get any response from the service center. Last week i called to the service center but they refuse my communication..... (Job sheet number:[protected]/091224/130). here i am mentioning the service center, HAPPY CREATIONS NOKIA CARE, OPP K.S.R.T.C BUS STAND, MAVOOR ROAD.....

maina unhe yeh handset dikhaya they told main with 3 hours u get ur handset they told jaab main dubara waha 3.00hours baad gaya unhone mujhe yeh kaha ki aapka handset sahi ho gaya haiiiiiii . And unhone yeh kaha ki aapka motherboard has been dead.
but when i told him ki plz handset on kar ke dikhao then the handset in on same situation.they told we are then handset will give u after 3days. but main jaab after three days they call me on told ur handset will 7 more days .bcoz aapka handset head office gaya for rearing . tis my imei no.[protected].its fine .

I have puchased Nokia E63 Mobile Phone in bangalore outlet after two days i have noticed that mobile is heating up i have loged the complient with the outlet they had requested me to drop the mobile phone to nokia service center,
i had taken the mobile to nokia service center and they told that mobile have problem and they have sent the mobile to L3 service center in Delhi,
now L3 service center says they need 7days to fix this issue, nokia wants public to invest on there mobile to do R&D on there on product however this mobiles they have named as bussiness phones.
no proper response from nokia customer care they are not giving there mangers number to talk to,
if some one buying nokia be aware of this phones.

sir, i m purchase nokia 7210 supernova date[protected], next day maine nokia centre main complain darj karai ki mere handset main massege dilivery report[protected] show kar raha hai, and they ask me ki hamare pass koi update software nahi hai, aap set aapne pass rakhiye jab software aayega aapka call kar lenge.maine har week nokia centre main contect kiya lhar bar ek hi ans software update nahi hai, at least jan'2010 ko maine set nokia centre main doposit kar diya and they say to me ki after one week aapka set ok ho jayega, 'after one week, 2nd week, 3rd week, 4th week, 5th week, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, is bech maine nokia coustemer centre benglore main kai bar complain bhi record karai lekin koi posetive responce nahi mila, and then last 5th of mar' ko benglore se mujhe bola gaya ki aapko cell 26th of mar ko mil jayega, and 26th of march ko jab main cell lene gaya to mujhe kaha jaya ki aapka set update nahi hai, aur mujhe ek cell no ([protected])diya gaya reg techinical head ka aur kaha jaga ki aap unse baat kar lijiye, maine unse baat ki aur unhone meri baat via confrence aapne senior se karai, aur maine unse baat ki aur ye responce tha ki jo karna hai kar lo aur jo ukhardna hai ukhardna lo, consummer court main jao, press main jao lekin aapko sett nahi milega and cut the line, aab main kya karu please help me
my nokia phone is switch off and now it is not responding.
