[Resolved]  Nokia — unhappy servicing Center

Hi,
I bought the nokia 7710 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is also expired, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under HCL Ulubari, Guwahati after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is ok . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

NOKIA 3600 slide — unhappy with nokia service

i want to tell you the trouble i am faceing by purchase new nokia 3600 which i brought before 15 days.after 3-4 days i found a problem of difference of time in recieved messages. I went to the shopkeeper who told me to show the cell to nokia care in my city "M.S. Maroo trading Pvt. Ltd Ph.[protected]" i shown my nokia, he told me to come next day.i went next day & chek the messg time and took it to home but at the same day they introduced a new problem in my cell, now the side keys of cell were not working.again i went to nokia care shop & tell the problem they tell me to wait 15 min. they open it but don't know how to close properly the cell again they told to come next day .i went next day check the mobile & tool it home.Next again a new problem grow up.the front keys of my mobile was not working, messg time was again different & 2 bolts of cell were missing.so i went to him again, they told me that they check it properly and give me after 2 days, after 2 days i went him they told that the cell is ok when i check it keys are not working, again they told that they check it and submit my mobile again now i told him to give me the job sheet no., first he refuse that they can't give when i insist they show me other number and told that no. are missplaced .i just want to know that how nokia employ these unskilled persons .and is this is the best nokia care service who make my mobile faulty.Is there is no guarantee against the repair they done .and where is reliability of nokia mobile.what the next action by your side...

I bought a nokia 5310 Xpress Music handset from Bharti Telecom wide invoice no. 335776 in the name of my son Deep for Rs. 8, 121. I got a Nokia Xpress Music Card with the set. I had to Sceatch the card for downloading the free songs. when I scratched the card and sent message icame to know that the card is xpired. Kindly help me what to do.

My name is Tarun jain. I recently purchased Nokia 7610 supernova, Dated-

[protected]. My problem is that in my phone there is some problem in the Panel

that there is a gap between the slider and when i press then some sound

comes. I was going in the Nokia care in Ashok vihar, they send me to the

another nokia care that is in Pitampura, they said that this can't be Repaired

or corrected. This problem was since when i purchased the phone, i went to

the dealer from whom i purchased he said go to the Nokia care but they will

not solved my problem. Since one month is not completed and there is problem

arrise.

So please tell me what to do and who will resolve my problem.

Nokia — Problem in radio reception

I just purchased nokia N73 music edition 5 days back, , radio reception of this phone is not good, , , it just keep changing between mono to sterio, , , , i don't know, this problem is due to hardware or software, , but i[censored] pay more then this kind of problem u never espect...if problem is there then nokia has to give the solution..
Today Morning when I took it to charge Nokia Model No 5300 Express Music the display screen menu
was moving up & down . and one side of the corner showing some black ink spill with two lines inside the screen, till now the condition is like that I charged the mobile please suggest like what has
happened

nokia 3600 — guarntee

i have bought nokia 3600 3 month back sudeenly screen display goes away and i went to customer care sukhdev nager kotla new delhi they are asking 2250/- from and saying there is no guarantee for this set . i want to ask from nokia if they can give one year guarantee why they promise at the time of buying the phone.

i'm purchasing my mobile nokia "1650" from PLANET M "JANAK PURI" BRANCH and after 17 days my phone loudspicker is not working, than we complant to same outlet than store guys taken my handset and give me a job sheet against the handset, my mob emei no. [protected] and till 23 jan 2009 they did not give my set and within one month i was visiting more than 15 times to planetm and every time store guys says you come on afer 2-3 days. finaly i received one other nokia 1650 its MFG in 2003 ON 24 jan 2009 after 37 days and i purchase my set in dec 2008, when i asked to PLANET M guys than he told truth

i had deposited my handset on 19Nov 2008 at "Gee Mobile, 92, 93, 94 Mohinder Chamber Opp DC Office, Jalandhar" due to headphone jack not working.bit till date i have not received my handset back.everytime i call them they give me some flimsy excuse & have not told me about the progress, however they have told that the phone is under replacement but nothing after that.i have lodged my complaint at the Banglore center on 02jan 2009.
the complaint no is "2-3M20P3" but even now i have'nt got my handset back.please help.the staff at M/S Gee Mobile has not given the correct information & have not given any satisfactory answer.Moreover most of the times these people at Gee Mobile don't answer the phone & whenever they do answer they would put on hold for at least 6 or 7 mins before telling that the courier has not come or electricity is not there or some other lame excuse.

Sub-regarding bad services for my mobile
I am using nokia 5610(red) express music(it’s a piece of ) from the day I bought my mobile I have given my mobile for servicing more than ten times am not satisfied with your service and I still have problems in my mobile. At first I bought the mobile which is a red color I had some problems with keypad and hanging problems and if I play any videos my mobile gets switch off even if I give the correct security code it denies the access and the mobile has network problems. so I gave the mobile to

here MR.MOHAN is the head of the service center and he told to cantact MR.ANAND . He serviced the mobile for more than FIVE TIMES all the FIVE times he said the mobile was ok but it got repaired with in one week period of time each time I travelled from manthuranthakam to CHENNAI(anna salai) which is nearly about 170kms up and down.He took one week for servicing the mobile all the FIVE times and he agree to swap the mobile for a brand new one and he asked me to come after a week but he didn’t replace the mobile instead he gave someother OLD MOBILE THAT IS A USED ONE mobile in which the display was broken he said the brand new mobile will come with in three weeks until the time he asked me adjust with this mobile . I went to that showroom after four weeks but the show room was changed to a laptop service centre I asked them they told to visit the nokia care which is opp to sathyam theatre
Where Mr.gopi the head of the office said that he will repair the old mobile only and he wont offer the new one and I agreed to repair the mobile .They repaired the mobile for more than six times and still the problem in the mobile has not been solved.i have been not receiving a proper response from gopi.And mr.gopi again told me to service the mobile where u have done before but security in the hcl info system wont allow me inside they asked me to visit the above mentioned centre which is opposite to satyam theatre like wise they made me to visit the other service centre(hcl)likewise I have been visiting both the centre’s very often .finally they said that to complain to the company itself and they cant able to do anything.At present I cant able turn my mobile on and the keypad is not working properly can I have a new replacement or not .I want a fresh replacement or atleast to repair the existing one.i never experienced such a bad service from any companys this is the worst experience I had in your service.Every time when I gave the mobile for a service i spent nearly 150rs daily I have wasted so much money in this which not worthfull at all.the staff in the service centres are not giving proper respect everytime I visit they make me to wait for more than four hours and they are not giving any proper response. The days which I used my mobile is very less because it got repaired all the time I have spent 13, 300 rupees on this mobile and I nearly used it for a month or two but I have spent more than 4000rs for travelling to the service centre’s. I am attaching some of the document regarding the assurance of replacement by the service centre and I want you to check on this and give me a solution.and i m not ready to go for that stupid service centre.

dear sir,
my nokia N95 phone was not working properly.It was having a problem with incoming and outgoing calls.
I gave this phone to one of your service centre in Noida but i am not satisfied with services.Nothing is being corrected and there has occurred too many problems. They broke my phone's battery cover, camera light is in on mode.waisting the battery. Incoming, outgoing call problem is still there, so what they charged for?

Now what should i do after spending so much money in servicing.

My brother Mr. Ajay Kumar (Mobile No. is [protected]) baught a Nokia5310 from meerut but its have problem 3 or 4 times, its hang up when he submitt it 4th time the care center people said that if its hang another time they will change it . But yet they did not delevierd the handset and any satisfaction to him the delivery date is 3/2/09 .and the guy of care centre speak very loudly to my brother, care center name is nextel meerut plz do any solution .

I m paripurn jain from Sawai Madhopur ( Rajasthan ).Sir i m usuing BSNL Post paid Connection in Nokia Handset 1208 from purchased Date on 25th August 2008.The cell phone is in warranty period.

My cell phone IMEI no. is [protected]. Ater some time the cell phone was getting slow process and again and again re-start automatically. I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre in Swai Madhopur, Rajasthan on date 2nd Fed 2009. After 23rd days on date 24th Feb 2009 they said Ur cell phone is OK When i m using my cell phone same day, I was shocked.My problem is not resolve. when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired. I ask reason. he told me that they are not understand this problem and Plz. give a big problem than repaired / replace this cell phone.
