I already surrender my E 52 mobile at your Nokia Priority center at Thane (Maharashtra). They told me that it will send to your company for repair and it will take minimum 15 days. But they also specifically told me the data contained in mobile will not recover and all the data become lost during the repair work. I humbly request to you, if possible please save my all data during the repair work.

Nokia "Comes with music" SUCKS. I have been struggling for the last 8 to 10 months and there is always problems, from claiming I dont have right and licences to unauthorized downloads.

Nokia — NOKIA E63 DEFECTED PIECE & COMPANY NOT WILLING TO REPLACE IT.

I purchased a new Nokia E 63 mobile phone on MAY 22, 2011

The problem i am facing is :

1. after 3 days the battery got dead & on may 29,2011, i went to nokia care they replaced the battery, but the battery got dead again after 4 hours.(their is heat up problem too)
2.i have submitted my phone on may 31,2011 at nokia care, they verbally said that their is a problem in the mother board.

now just want a replacement(new set not a defected set) for my nokia e63, as its only been a week and i am not willing to take a defected set, i had visited nokia care twice.

Nokia Handset Mini N - 97 — handset hang & Battery not Charging

We have purchase as an handset of Nokia Company, handset model Mini N-97 of IMEI No was [protected], RSN No 255719, Bill No R/6555 and Tin Nos [protected] purchasing on 27-July-10 from Address K.17 LGF Lajpat nagar 2nd Alankar Road new Delhi 110024 and we have an issue in handset with hang on every application and my phone betrry is not charging when i enter in nokkia service Centre Address MICRONAS_ Telecom C-4 Sector 2 Noida 201301 after submitt my handset he was saying please come after two or three days after two or three days receiving my handset, my handset was changed with IMEI No [protected]

Please look into the matter as my handset warrenty expired on 26-July-11

Nokia Handset X2 - 01 — Have given the cell for repairing but when got it back my 4GB memory card is stolen from cell

I had gone to Nokia care centre of Mumbai Dadar Hindumata office on 30/05/2011 with a problem of broken battery connector.They told me it will cost me 350/- and gave me battery back side cover,battery and sim card to me but we both forgot to remove 4GB Memory card.

On 03/06/2011 my nephew went to collect it bt they charged him 450/- instead 350/- without any reason and when he came home we found 4GB memory card is missing from the cell and also the speaker of the cell was not working.On 04/06/2011 i went with my nephew and met Manager Mr.Sanjay and explained the problem to him.He immediately returned 100/- Rs to me saying he didnt aware his staff first told me 350/- I told Mr.Sanjay about Speaker problem first he denied any wrong from their end,but after 10 min fixed the problem and gave me the cell.

I asked him for my 4GB memory card,he denied it completely and was unable to give me any satisfactory reply.I told him as a Nokia customer we come to Nokia care, with utmost trust and handover the cell only on the blind trust that it will be taken care off and do not expect any one to remove the things from inside the cell.

I feel cheated and wants to take strict action against the staff involved in this kind of activity as it brings bad name to the reputation of Nokia.

I have purchased a new mobile in the month of October Nokia E5 Model, but after using it for month the mobile started to hang off i went to Nokia centre in Borivali -West they said software issue they worked on it and gave me back . Again in 1 week same problem they said we will send to HO in delhi , i got a so called new replacement since i am in warranty .After that i went to store for 5 times and still the same problem . I am writing mails to there support system if which id :[protected]@ovi.com i have written mail from March and they still not replying to it positively. i Just said give me my money back and take your phone .

Please help me in this
