They said that the product cannot be repaired and they are providing me with a new mobile phone. But its been one month since the target delivery date. Nokia — hanging

hello sir.,
myself Sangeeta and I have a problem on my phone. I have Nokia 3100 and now that phone hanging suddenly.
so what I do.?
people...people...people, there are a bunch of stupid think they
can fool all of the people all of the time.To bad bad they are wasting people
time that is so precious.If they dont't have anything to do it's better they go
and cleanup their back yards...! If they ask you for an account give them an empty
one and if they ask you to deposit a sum don't deposit nothing, or you will be sorry.

Nokia — Nokia Care Harrasment

I`ve been writing these type of complaints since the past one month or so. Now, I don`t have that much patience to write one. I just want to say that now-a-days Nokia is the biggest fraud among all other mobile companies, they are simply making fool out o[censored]s. I have a 5800 xpressmusic which I gave to Nokia Care for repair 3times in one month,they told me to extend my warrenty and I did so. Now that they have got the money, they are trying to ignore my problem by telling that it`ll be solved, it`ll be solved. But now my phone has become such a useless that I use it as a paper weight rather than calling. I knocked almost every door of Nokia for my problem but my problem hasn`t solved yet. So, what am I supposed to do now?????????? Can anyone tell me????????

I m frustrated after taking the NOKIA HANDSET EXPRESS MUSIC 5130

I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of senior officer & nodal officer of NOKIA DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.



If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully.



I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.



I have already send my handset to the nearest NOKIA CARE (Mr. Baljeet,
Net Dot Solutins, Tilak Nagar ) for many times but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so the mobile is not properly accessed initially when I purchased than the FM and loudspeaker was not working than I visited nokia care to repaired it but now it is totally dead Its not working and its in warranty and today I visited NOKIA CARE, Tilak Nagar to repaired it but they have given me a job sheet without repair because the are charging Rs. 750/- for repairing even it is in warranty and I regret to inform u that I have seen four cases in front of my eyes the nokia care is demanding the charges of nokia handset which is in warranty and the care has given a excuse of component fault





I already sent my complaint to Mr. HEMANT GULATI but he denied from it.







I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.



I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wating an acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement. Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action either u replace myhandset or repaired it properly.

I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its sound was not working properly and gradually it stopped working. Since then time the mobile set is hanged problems for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

with due respect i hav to state dat i m using nokia mobiles from last ten years.but i never had to face such problems earlier.i buy NOKIA C1-01,V 04.40,RM-607 in april 2011..But now i hav sum problems in my hand set the problems i m facing r as follows:-
1)when ever i m calling at any number i cant hear the voice properly its hearing speaker is not working.so i hav to always use head phones to call somebody or attending any call.
2)its ringer is not working properly whenever a call came i cant hear any ring nd i missed some urgent calls.or whenever i on d speaker or loudspeaker since den i cant hear anything.i hav to use headfones always which is very difficult or uncomfortable for me.
so, sir tell me what i hav to do or what u will do to rectify my problems which i m facing due to your poor services.i m fed up of all this.so tell me as soon as possible dat what u will do for me.otherwise i hav only nd only option dat i hv to complaint at consumer courts nd use services of some other companies.

Nokia 6303i & Nokia C6 — POOR service and DEFECTIVE product

Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
service and DEFECTED product.

I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
service.

Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
(IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
considered and right action will be taken.

IN FUTURE I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANY NOKIA. AND I WILL SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE.
The RT nagar Shilak Nokia canter is the worst i have ever come across. They have cheaters, frauds and conmen engineering department. They take a perfectly working phone from me for a minor fault, tell me that the IC is broken and needs to be repaired for INR 4500. Who broke the IC - their incompetent technician and they expect me to pay for their mistake. The cost of the phone in the market is not 5 K, so I have just left the phone with them for good.

Nokia products, services and customer care sucks big time.
