jaise ki maine apke pass 18th dec. ko complaint ki thi mere nokia phone c6-01 k bareme or vahase mile email adress pe bhi maine bar bar mail kiye har bar ekhi jawab mila " be patient , some one contact u ". lakin abhitak kisine contact nahi kiya. hamare yahak nokia care (jaha maine apna mobile submit kiya hai) 4/5 bar gaya vaha k log mera problame nahi solve kar paye . mai apni phone submit kar k karib one months se jada samay ho gaya hai or un k tarafse mera problme solve karne k liye koi kadam nahi uthaye ja rahe hai
nokia jaise companiki taraf se etna lapervahi baratna shobha nahi deta. mera phone kharid kar k 7 mahine pure nahi hua hai or unme se 3 mahinese jada mera phone repair k liye nokiya care me pada hai
ab aap hi isbareme muze margdarshan kare or muze phone or nuksan bharpayi dila de

Nokia — phone memory storage low

currently I am using nokia C2-03 hand set from last 6months, but it's too cheap quality product, there is lots of problem , like- phone memory is only 9.3MB , phone hacking problem, In the function of Software updating it not working, cheat quality... like other china company. whenever i visit nokia center they always suggest to format the hand set. they don't have any other solution.

Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset X3-02 Model and is still under warranty.

The phone had been given to Nokia Care Service Centre in Jodhpur 4 times for Touch Screen Problem in last 6 months. I have all the four Job Sheet Number clearly demarking nature of problem.

Every time the phone was kept for few days to 15 days and still problem persists. The Phone presently is with Nokia Care (Service Centre), M/s Care Point (Mobile No [protected] and e-mail : [protected]@nokiacareindia.com), Olympic Road, Jodhpur which was given on Jan. 21, 2012 and target delivery date is Feb. 21, 2012.

I humbly request you to kindly allow me to ftch refund through your able court looking into repeated problem resulting into mental agony apart from regular visits to Nokia Care Centre which cost money, time and is a mental harrassment. The same has definately affected my business in large extent.

May I hence, request your kindselves to initiate actin against the inferior quality product of Nokia and allow me to fetch my money back along with interest and all cost (Rs. 25,000) additional towards teh mental harrassment, constant visit for follow up (transportation cost) and loss of business.

Compliance to my request would be highly appreciated.

Nokia — handset C5-03 complaint

I ABHINAV KUMAR SINGH from Nagpur, would like to share my horrible experience with hand set C5-03,IMEI NO.[protected].
I bought NOKIA C5-03 on10-NOV-2011 from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER,TRISTAR RETAIL CONMOEPTS pvt ltd.,b.no1&2 mahajan towers mahajan market,sitabuldi nagpur-12.
after a few days i started troubling out with mobile phone.
when a little pressure is applied on the phone it shows a message "UNSAFE TO REMOVE MEMORY CARD".... And after a few days the touch panel stop working... then i took my cell to NOKIA CARE,MILAPS ELECTRONICS,2ND FLOOR SANSKRUTI SANKUL,ZANSI RANI CHOWK ,SITA BULDI NAGPUR (NCC 856_504867) on 8 DEC 2011.
the phone was returned same day and the touch panel start working....but the problem of the message while applying a little pressure doesn't solved then i again reported to NOKIA CARE, and there i also availed extended warranty period as told by NCC Eng.
but the problem was not solved there.
then again on 27/12/2011 i gave my phone to NOKIA CARE AGAIN and there they told that the handset will be sent to company as it can"t be repaired at NOKIA CARE.NCC Eng told me that the handset will be returned in 8-10 working days.... but it didn't returned as they said. my phone returned on 16/01/2012.but again the problem was not solved. so there it self i asked NCC Eng to look into the matter.. again they said the phone will be sent company and told me that it will return in 8-10 working days. but as earlier it has not returned yet.
so my sincere request to you to please see into this matter and help me as soon as possible...according to your extended warranty scheme.. i think i must have got a new handset. Warranty REF NUMBER : GLBINY[protected].
Sir i request you to please see this matter and solve my problem as early as possible.
i request you to please replace my handset so that i can lead my life smoothly.
i never expected this response from a brand like NOKIA..

Nokia — software issue

Hi

My name is Viswanathan, in NOKIA 701 bugs fixing there, that mainly wi-fi, when i connect once i can browse well, but after disconnecting then passing long gap after try again to reconnect. It's not connecting it shows connecting then changes to known.

and another issue in messaging that for 10 message once i get 2 messages failed, i need to go back to outbox and resend. it's should be fixed.

then mail option in belle OS not able to download or upload (attach) more than 10MB in nokia given mail. it's pre installed.

and video option UI was rotating in one side, please make it as 2 sides.
