Nokia — Warranty void

As i submitted my mobile to sky communication(N-97 MiniI MEI No. [protected] ) on battery backup problem & overheating problem,On next day I recieved repaired set but after some days same problem occurs again,then I again submitted my handset on sky communication,he suggested me that your handset will sent to higher level for repairing.
After some days I recieved set in repair condition,but this problem not solved.
I again submitted my handset on same problem & they repaired the handset & delivered to me.
I again submitted my handset at sky communication & they again committed for sent to higher level for repairing.
Now, when I come to sky communication for enquired about my hand set they told me that your hand set is not repairable & Dead handset.then I dont recieved my handset without repaired condition.
I want to repaired my handset & if it will not repaired then please exchange my set.
I also extend the warranty of Rs.1414.00 for this handset.

Nokia — phone missing

myself (Abhishek Sukhadia) lost my mobile handset NOKIA E52 on 18th September 2011 in Sabarkantha district. i have tried calling my number but it was switched off on 18th. today on 19th i tried calling my number once again and it ringed once and then somebody switched off my phone. so i am sure that my phone is with somone and if you can help me out to find it then i would be so thankfull to you.

NOKIA C-3 — Hanging frequently

Dear Sir,
I have purchsed a Nokia C-3 on 10.10.2010 from Sanyo Electronics, Aligarh (IMEI : [protected]).
Just 3 days after purchasing it is not working properly. I have visited several times to the seller who always direct me to Nokia Care Centre, Centre Piont, Aligarh. But I am also in problem like anything, because the Care Centre people did not fulfill the needfulness.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me what should I do now?

Further, I would like to inform you that a large number of customers are compaining of the same type of complaints as myself and in this way reputation of your company declining.

Nokia Handset C5 - 03 — Manufacturing Technical Defect

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase new handset of nokia C5-03 in may 2011.Within 2 months their is problem related to Memory card. After some days i complaint about same in nokia prudent care,thane then they forwarded handset to their Head office,delhi. after 10 days i received my handset but next day same problem was arises. Now its 4th time my handset is repaired by nokia. So i request them for replacement of handset but still they are not taking such action..
So please suggest me what should i do in this case?

Nokia — phone replacement-day count 26

Sir/madam
i want to draw your kind attention,that i deposited my x6 phone on 3 sept with nokia care noida,in lieu of which they gave me a c6 as on 13 sept which i rejected as i felt cheated of being given an inferior phone.
But as on 15 sept i got a call asking that are you willing to accept c6-01 to which i said,ok
they said that i will get the handset soon .i called them 8-10 times in the following days,but they kept on saying 2-3 days.As on 24th sept i went to nokia care as they were not taking my case seriously.
i asked them when can i get my phone to which they said we dont have any of it in stock you have to wait till 30th sep(for which the person named ANKUR gave me in written that i will get it by 30th.)to which i again said ok.but as on 29th sep i again called and acquired and now they say you have to wait till next week.and i really dont think that even are intrested in giving me a phone and keep on saying if you want you can have the inferior c6.

i am really fed up it has been more than 26 days,this is not the way of treating a customer.
if they dont have c6-01 either then they should offer me c7 or some other high end phone.

i have submitted phone nokia customer care haldia , west bengal. but they told phone is send to delhi nokia center . pl sir change to my nokia e-7 mobile as soon as possible.

Nokia — Dysfunctional Nokia E-63 handset

I bought a new Nokia E-63 (serial number-[protected]), After 3 months it started swithched off itself when I make or recieve calls. I first submitted it to a nokia care center ( R.S telecom, Parel), They send it to Delhi H.O, they changed the software and gave it back to me. Still I encounter the same problem. Then I submitted again, again they send it to delhi and given me back after 10 days. Seeing the problem persist again, I loadged a complaint online to Nokia, their customer service department want me to submit the phone again and also to send them the detais including Job sheet number. I did it and my phone once again travelled to Delhi and got me back after 10 days. I found the problem unresolved even after all those exersice. I again lodged a complaint to Nokia and this time they want me to submit the phone in a different Nokia Care Centre and I submit the phone to Unique Nokia Care Centre, Dombivili and they after kept it for one day observation they have given the phone back by updating the software again. Seeing the problem with my phone again I resubmit my phone but this time I demostrated the problem infront of an executive. She kept the phone with them for a couple of days and given it back. My phone still still switches of but more frequently now and Please help me to loadge the complaint. I have already submit my phone 5 times and it has been send to Nokia head office thrice.

Nokia — Tampered the board of nokia X3- 02

I gave my mobile for repair in Ranebennur Nokia Care they have damaged my mobile. And it is not working properly now.As i have tried to submit complaint to the Nokia Care Center they are not taking responsibility.

I want it repaired quickly.

Nokia — WARRANTY VOID BUT HANDSET IS GOOD POSITION

My handset 5800XM IMEI NO. [protected] many times repaired in Nokia care date (8/04/11, 10/5/11,14/6/11, 16/7/11, 03/09/11 ) present time sent to head office in problem set hang bluetooth problem dated 05/09/11 and return dead position then i can not accept my handset and second time sent to company 26/09/11 but now my handset warrantyvoid and return unrepaired. first time company accept my handset and second time warrantyvoid how to possible. I am very much dissatisfied and going for legal case this is last way.If Nokia Company consider for my handset I will surrender from Legal case. I have also warranty extend.
