Could you please look into the below issue.

I purchased Nokia E5 handset on 23 Oct- 2011, within a month it is giving me below problem:


Phone is getting hanged.
It's speaker is not working properly.
Sumtimes I face problem while connecting headset.

After raising complaint to nokia customer care I still not received any positive feedback. Also find the below mail for your reference.

Nokia — balance

i had my net offer today[protected] at 9am but when i was using net my main balance was cut.when i am calling to the customer care there is no response.

Nokia — WARRANTY NOT COVERED

Dear Team,

I have purchased a Nokia C6 three Months back, few days ago my touch screen was not working properly , I went to nearest Nokia Care , they told that they don't have touchpad now & it will take few days to get so they are updating the Software, they also opened the mobile to check whether there is any physical damage or any other thing, then they updated the mobile. but after using the mobile for another two days the problem remains the same. so I went to other nokia care centre & now they have told that my mobile will not be covered under warranty as it is being affected by water. I don't understand the funda at all & they have taken my mobile & given me a sheet where a amount of rs 3000 is to be charged. Please get me clear how this type of things happen in such a reputed company. Please refer the attachment & kindly confirm the same.

Nokia E5 Handset — Warranty

Dear Sir or Madam:

I have Purchased a New Nokia E5 Handset (Imei: [protected], Item: 002s248) from A to Z electronics (Electronic Market, Telipura, Sitabuldi, Nagpur 440012, Maharashtra, India) on January 24, 2011 in sealed condition.

The Product was having a Warranty of One year from the date of purchase (i.e. Warranty Expiry On: 23/01/2012).
Unfortunately, when I reached Nokia Care (Milaps Electronics, Sanskrutik Sankul, JhansiRani Sq., Sitabuldi, Nagpur 440012, Ph:[protected], 82, 83) on 31/12/2011, they said 'that my Nokia warranty lapsed on 21/11/2011, Further they refused to activate the Extended Warranty facility which was eligible with that product.

Both the parties are Afraid to give any proper Clarification, I am suffering Losses of time, money Etc. due to this,

Nokia — Mobile under warranty repair (service Deficiency)

I have submitted my Nokia 5230 mobile to Nokia Care Center for repair and software upgradate on 27 Dec11.
It was to delivered the same day,but not delivered at NCC Rishikesh even on 04 Jan2012.It was told to me that the set has been sent to Delhi Nokia Care Center without my consent and you have to pay courrier charges to deliver at any other NCC Patna/Srinagar.It is harrassment to me moving without my handset under warranty.

I am Raju giri from Bihar India.Being a regular user of Nokia products. I have purchased a Nokia C6-00 handset on 13 July 2011. in January 2011 i got screen problem in our handset then i took it to nokia care in Siwan where they could not repair they said to me there is some critical problem so we have to send service centre at delhi thats handset comes under in warranty so we will maintains(EIU) problem is showing
after 5 days i had to came Delhi so i bring our handset my self in Delhi
I took it to nokia care in Tilak nagar (Delhi) on 12/01/2012 they said in this handset component problem showing
u will pay 4500 hundred rupees for this
Next day i took it in nokia care in Gurgaon on 13/01/2012 they said in this handset display problem and also more u have to pay 4850 rupees for maintains sir hat i do
aso i have talk to customer care and complain registered but no body take any action

I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or Montana it

Not satisfied with suggestion because nokia is not providing me the proper solution and I dont think that because of company's mistake i should suffer.
