nokia5200 — sound and charging related problem

i buy my cellphone nokia 5200 on 3-7-2008.from very first day it shows problem of sound and now it is not taking charge properly few days ago i send my phone to to nokia care and they change my phones motherboard but still it's not taking charge & scenario is this my phn is dead now.i want my cell replaced now.

i gave my cell on 13 september, i was told that the target delivery date is 19 th of september . i am yet to receive my cell back from the service center, i go to service center daily for asking details about my cell but they dont give a proper reply just give me a date roughly but not giving my cell on tat day, it is nearly 2 months but i am not sure when will i get my cell back, manager who i spoke with is not even bothered abt attending my call... i would be happy if they take action on the manager, and the staff whom spoke rough to me

I have received a message to my mobile number saying: “congratulations, your mobile number has just won for you 127, 000 pounds in the ongoing Nokia promo. do contact us for claims via email at [protected]@live.com and Tel: +[protected]“

I want to know more about this message please.

Nokia (Radiant Telecom) — yet to receive my cell

I have given my n78 for service at sep 13, target date was 19 sep, but till today i didnt get my cell back i dont get any proper reply from the service center they just saying they will close my job sheet with out giving my cell back, how can ur employ speak like this the employe name s sunil and the manager name is gopal, the manager doeshnt even bother to hear my prob if the manager itself so heartlless and doesnt care abt the customer then wat is the use of buying nokia cell...just see through it tat i get back my cell back soon and no one suffers like me again
i just dont like the service of customer care service it s not good they just dont bother abt the customers or the nokia company name

Nokia - 3500 — Panel got broken

I bought Nokia-3500 in the month of May'2008. While travelling in a train, i had kept my mobile in pant pocket. When I took it out to make a call, found that a chip near top left corner had broken. It was shocking to see the quality of Mobile. I had been contacting Nokia Priority dealer, Mount Road for nearly 3 months and their reply is stock is not available. I am fed up in buying Nokia product, as customer care response is not good. I would request Nokia Customer Care Manager to help in resolving this issue.

Nokia — Delay In replacement of Nokia N81 cobalt blue

My nokia N81 phone which was purchased on 28-07-8 from an authorised nokia priority dealer .On 3rd October the power of the mobile phone didn't switch on . So I submitted it to a authorised repair centre Crazy Infovision on 4th October 2008 (JOB SHEET NUMBER:[protected]/081004/14) and today 1st of November 2008 and so when on asking the L2 department(Crazy Infovision) about the delivery of my phone they are not able to tell that how many more days it will take and then asking to the L3 department (The local repairing Head Office ) about the delivery, they are asking to wait for more 2 to 3 weeks r it can take up to 2 months or so .I am very much frustrated with the pathetic service of " NOKIA " I am helpless and want some help to lodge a complain against NOKIA customer care service

Nokia / N - 82 — Calls not audible even though call/timer starts

I bought a N-82 Mobile (MFD-May 2008) from Mobile Store, Bhopal in July 2008. Since last few days, whenever I make a call or receive a call, the call/timer of mobile starts but I am not able to hear the voice of caller/responder.I gave the mobile day before yesterday to Nokia-ASC in Bhopal.They confirmed the problem and said that the mobile will take a month or more for repair/replacement.
The problem is that I cannot spare my mobile for such a long duration and go for similar mobile during the time repair is carried out on my mobile.
You are hereby requested to please replace the set as soon as possible so that my communication network is not hindered.
Also the mobile is physically in showroom condition and has never been dropped or exposed to rain/heat. Even there is not even a single scratch and the original lamination (transparent cover on screen and back) provided fron Nokia lie intact.
An early reply is requested.
