express music slider breaks after every 2 to 3 months.it is manufacturing defect and i have to suffer of no fault of mine.if you are not going to replace with other set i will have to suffer till then.

I submitted defective Cell Phone thrice to the Nokia
Care office on 11Oct 2008 but the problem still consist despite the repacement of my
original handset with the new one by the concerned people at nokia care.
New problem is that the handset is not receiving the signals.
Consequences, again My handset replaced with new Nokia 6270 but this phone doesn't have preloaded software.

original handset with the new one (Nokia 6270 ) by the concerned people at nokia care.
New problem is that the handset is not receiving the signals. You are requested to take the effective action against the centre. I would like to mention a needful thing that Mr. Dheeraj, who is working this service centre, deposited my Idea Sim and original Battery.

Nokia — in the 10 months of usage 4 times got choked

Hi,
I have purchased my mobile 2760 in Jan 2008 and till now i have faaced 4 times problem were always customer care peoples said it is software problem and made it ready.
this time they updated me need to send head office and will replace the set with in ten days, where as already 15 days is over till now they have not turned back and when i approched got answer will take further 5 to 10 days.
this is realy rediculas for a company like nokia and proven product 2760

I BOUGHT A NOKIA 5200, WHICH HAS A PROBLEM OF POWER FAILURE EVERY NOW AND THEN.I HAD VISITED NOKIA CARE FOR NOT LESS THEN 5 TIMES.
