Nokia — cheating giving a old mobile.

Sir,
I bought a nokia mobile from nokia dealer at ernakulam in kerala.he is nokia priority dealer.
model no is 1200.and IEMI[protected].I bought this mobile in december 17th and after I checked *#oooo# date comes 16/6/8 means they were using an then sold to me .seal was broken When I asked about that said that just only I shown to another customer .
I never expected such events from nokia dealer who is dealing cheating business.means they were using 4 month and then sold to me.

Nokia — Nokia fooling people

Hi,
My name is Nitesh. I had requested for replacement of my headset which was under warranty in the month of september. This was requested in NOKIA CARE KORAMANGLA BRANCH. So far I would have gone upto 15 times and every time only one answer "we have not recieved it yet". On that after so many arguments & using F's & B's they had given me a headset stating that this is the latest model. Later I came to know that its a lower end models headset. Unfortunatley I have lost my Job card now they are asking me for a to lodge an FIR, which I feel is a . I have vedios of the employ who bluffed to me, which Im going to upload very soon.

Nokia care sucks & looting & bluffing people. I would suggest please do not purchase any products from NOKIA.
immediately send this msg to Nokia Care Centre, India, New Delhi for immediate action
letter for replacement should be sent in my email so that i can print the letter for exchange

Nokia — Nokia 6233 Handset not working

Dear Sir,

My father had purchased a Nokia 6233 handset from Varanasi about six months back. After 3-4 months, It automatially convert itself in handsfree mode without putting handsfree due to which we miss our important calls. I had registered the issue in Nokia Customer Care, Varanasi (Bhelupur) on 14.12.2008, they told at that time that it would be rectified within 15 days or I would be given new handset as it is within the warranty period. For the last 10 days, whenever we give a call at customer care, they give misleading answers, sometimes they say it would rach within 2 days and another time they say that they got confused by the name, it was someone another's mobile.

These guys are no where providing any soution. Pls help rectify the solution.

Nokia 5300 Music Edition — Interner Settings cabt be saved

Dear Sir

When ever i try saving the internet and other settings, immediately a message gets displayed which goes as follow.." only 70 sets allowed. Settings discarded." And when i try to save it manually, the message displayes " cannot add new settings, Memory full."
I tried my best to solve this problem but i failed. Please help me in getting out of this problem.
