i am from albania.yesterday it cames an sms on my cell phone and sad that i am the winner of the ongoing nokia promo for claims:[protected]. is it true or its a joke. if its true, can you give me some informations, my cell phone number is [protected]

Can u please confirm on that? Is it a scam/fake network or sth?

Nokia E62 IMEI: 359743000539546 — I want value for my money

this is bring to your knowledge that till today i had used only Nokia Instruments from last 8 years and was very much satisfied with the products too. But on 16th April 2008 I had purchased a new instrument Nokia E62 IMEI no. [protected].
1) I had purchased the instrument in impression of a office phone, but to my surprise all the features takes lots of time to even open a folder.
2) when ever i receive a phone call, the phone itself switch to loudspeaker which leads to break of my privacy to attend the call.
3) Whenever the phone switch over to loudspeaker it gets hang up and even it can not be switched off. To restart the instrument I have to remove the battery and reinstall the same to start, which is very emberrasing all the time and especially in meetings.
4) I had visited twice in these 8 months to your customer service center and they have formatted the same, but it does not work and the problem still stand the same.

While purchasing the instrument i never thought that the product will be so dumb.

I need immediate response to my problem and want it to be rectified. Now it had been very hard to recommend any one for the same Nokia instrument.

I want change of model itself as the instrument is not worth of its price. or in other words the instrument is only worth to receive calls (none of its features can be used with such a slow speed) and that too only if the instrument does not hang up.

I want Value for my money.

Hope to have immediate action to this regard.

Nokia Hand Set - 6270 — PENDING JOBSHEET NO. 1500305978 DATE 18.10.2008

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have given my handset Nokia 6270 for repairs under warranty on 18.10.08 to Nokia Care HCL Infinity Service Centre, S-10, Green Park, New Delhi on 18.10.2008 vide Jobsheet no. [protected] but till date the hand set is not repaired.
Due to this i am going through a lot of inconvenience.
I tried to contact at [protected]@hcl.in many times but i could not get any positive response . I also visited Service centre at Green Park 12 times in these 2 months to check the Status of my phone.
Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services . Kindly take the action at your earlieast, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
I seek compensation for the inconvenience faced due to non availability of my phone for more than TWO Months & Mental Agony due to lack of service.

If you didn't enter any competition then it's unlikely that you won. Big companies like Nokia and Microsoft do not generally send such email or SMSs.

And if you like to believe such emails and SMSs, there is a bridge I'd like to sell you.
