I just received a sms regarding the same issue. I m not sure if it is true? This sms is from NOKIA UK, saying I have won $500, 000USD.
If it is cheating, what they can get? Definitely, I won't pay anything, but time.
By the way, I am staying at Singapore.

Nokia N70 Music — Don't buy Nokia handsets

Dear Nokia customers,

This is my bitter experience with nokia N70 music edition, I want to share with you. I bought my nokia handset in Dec/2007. Eversince I bought I have been facing same and repeated
problems. Since it has a warranty period of one year I have sent my nokia mobile to the Chennai nokia care center.

See how reckless the Nokia care people are for their valuable customers. I had to send my mobile to the chennai nokia care center repeatedly for 5 times from hyderabad. This is mirroring their worst care about their customers. In fact, my mobile should have repaired when I sent it for the first time to the chennai nokia care center. But till now also it was not repaired. My mobile is at chennai nokia care center right now also.

I don’t say that all the handsets are flawless. some pieces may get manufacturing problems. But proper customer care must be taken. I spoke to the Nokia care people many times. They keep talking to the customers in a cool manner but at the end of the day nothing useful things will be found.

Now I want to go for consumer forum. But before that I want to bring this matter into notice of the people who want to buy Nokia handsets where customer service is found worst.

Nokia N70 Music — worst and neglected customer care

Dear Nokia customers,

This is my bitter experience which I have been repeatedly facing with Nokia people, I want to share all of you. So that, at least I can save some of you from the falls warranty services. On 15th December, 2007 I purchased Nokia N70 music at Hotspot showroom located at Malakpet, Hyderabad. Soon after purchasing it I found some technical problems in that mobile handset. In the same month I went to the same showroom but the people advised me to go to Nokia care center.

Then started my collective set of worst experiences. Continuously and repeatedly I had been going to the Nokia care center for the same and repeated un-repaired (Unserviceable) problems. Finally, the Nokia care people found that the handset will only be get repaired at Chennai nokia care center and send my mobile to chennai.

Now another story had began at the Chennai Nokia service center. In the month of september, 2008 they have sent my mobile to the Chennai Nokia care center. After 15 days I received it back from the nokia care. With a lot of hopes and received my mobile and to my shock I soon found the same problem with my nokia N70 music handset. likewise I have sent it to the chennai nokia care center repeatedly for 4 times but no use. They are sending back my mobile as it and was saying it was repaired. but the problems are found as they are. even now also i have sent my mobile to the chennai nokia care center for the 5th time. I hope at least this time I may get my mobile well repaired.

When I am writing this complaint I forgot my job sheet at my home. Tomorrow I will post another complaint giving all the details of my mobile like job sheet number and IMEI no etc.

My intention is not to get a replaced handset but I want my mobile get well repaired.
It seems Nokia's intention is to pass the warranty time intentionally and finally want to tell that the time is up for either repair or replacement.

Nokia customers think once. This is my practical experience with nokia handset.

Respected Sir,

With due respect I wish to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Nokia Hand Set 3500C on dated 23/12/2008 in cash at Rs.5417 from Subhiksha the authorized Dealer at Dharampeth, Nagpur and receipt was given by the said dealer towards purchase of the said Nokia.

Since I am aware of the reputation of Nokia Company and confident about the product viz. Handset, I was expecting that the handset purchased by me will give satisfactory service. However, to my utter dismay shock and surprise I found major manufacturing defects in camera immediately after two days inasmuch as it is not giving the original picture. On being complained to the concerned Nokia Care Centre and even I left the handset at their Centre, the fault in the Handset could not be rectified at all. I have tried to solve this problem through Nokia Care on dated 19/01/2009, but they are unable to solve the problem and given target delivery date 20/02/2009, in this regard I discussed in detailed with them. I feel that the said set will not be repaired fully and it will cause me mental harassment.

Considering the above situation, I request you to arrange to replace the handset immediately with a fresh piece and oblige.

Nokia — neither replacing or repairing the phone in warranty period

Dear Sir,
I have purchesed a Nokia 2630 GSM phone from Electronic palace Gorakhpur on June 9th 2008.after 4 months, in october 2008 this phone dosen't switch on. I I went to SHREE CELLPHONE (A Nokia service center in gorakhpur)on 13th oct. 2008 they told me that we are sending it to lucknow for repair, (Warrenty ref. number APAINY[protected].

on 6th nov. 2008 they returned it without repairing or replacement and said that its key connector is missing so its warranty is void and we can't do any thing for this.


it is to notice that, when I given my cellphone to service center that time its warranty was vailid.
and now they are telling me that its key connector is missing.

if any part is missing in service center then how I will be responsible for that.

please take necessary action.

I want my phone repaired or replaced.
