Nokia N 79 — phone not working properly

i had purchased a nokia n 79 from planet m..the phone was not functioning properly, problems like hanging, videos not seen, games could not be played etc were faced from the very next day.i complained at planet m they told me to switch off n then start again after sum time the problem would get solved..but it didnot happen i went there again n they sent it for software upgradation to nokia care...after upgradation also the problem is not solved yet...my mobile was purchased just a week ago n within a weeks time i have faced so many problems...when i requested planet m guys to replace it..they refused and said do whatever u want...
i hope that atleast u will help me get justice...please do the needful as soon as possible

Nokia 5130 2c - Red — SCARATCH CARD NOT FOUND

I have purchased the abovementioned mobile from your gwalior shop at One Mobile, Big Bazar, Gwalior with ImEI No. [protected], as per your adv. and also written in the box it is clear that one scartch card will be given to customer but the shopkeeper said that they had not found any scartch card and also mentioned that at Indore some scartch card has been removed by the company official which is not acceptable by me. So I request you to please check the details as early as possible. Your early reply will be appreciated by me.

I sent mail to this above address without my any personal information and I got replied mail sent by

Dr.Maxwell Anderson with a donation form (attached) to be filled for processing of payment.

I didn't reply still yet . What to do? Is it real or fake?
