Nokia — Nokia E71 : Not so "smart" after all.

I have been using a Nokia E71 for the last 6 months now which I purchased from Mobile Store chain. The phone often switches off on its own and sometimes off and again on at its own sweet will. The GPS never worked (even in the first 3 months when it was supposed to be free). That was about the complaint.

Just as a feedback :
(i) The camera is ABSOLUTELY LOUSY.
(ii) The handsfree is terrible and the stinginess shows.
(iii) The phone pouch provided is of poor quality and even with a careful user like me has started to wear.

i want to clear the timer of call duration and message status for which security code is asked.

Nokia 1650 Purchased From Hotspot Mobile Store, Secundrabad — New phone not in proper working condition, replace of the piece needed

I had purchased two Nokia-1650 mobiles from Hotspot Mobile Store located at Kharkhana Road, Secundrabad in October 2008. One is in perfect condition while the other one has been troubling us very much.

After showing the same at the store, their response was very rude.They replied that they had no connection with the phone as soon as it is sold off.They advised that I should send it to a Nokia Care Centre which I did so for two - three times.But so far the problem is still persisting. The main problem being that its pin (where it has to be charged)comes off or becomes loose while charging.
After repeated complaints also there has been no action taken

The store incharge suggested that I had to get an DOA certificate from Nokia Care Centre in case the phone is to be replaced. If i am taking the phone to the Nokia Care Centre they are temporarily repairing it and sending back after my repeated atempts and charging me 300 to 400 rs. on every repair of the replacing the same pin.

I request the authorities concerned to take strict action

At begning it worked Properly but after 15 days it music player got corrupted
I went nokia dealer frm where i Purchase they said they will sent back for new replacemt

Nokia people told that there are crashes on my cell but there was nothing as found

it was upgrade and format from Service centre but again it started troubling me lot
