Im a airtel costumer for last 6 years but now im planning to change the network itself coz everyday im getting msgs from http://m.igfun.com.Because of this i already deactivated GPRS IN MY MOBILE BUT STILL IM GETTING MSGS so pls deactivate this service from my mobile.my mobile number is [protected].

I have been subscribed for www.igmobi.com by your service and I have been charged Rs.30 in 24hrs without using any service as I am in possission of Nokia 1100 Mobile set which lacks internet facility.I do not know what this funis? Whether this is a new tackt of business or the new way of handling customers.

yesterday i made my connection life time with rs.99 and with a power of rs.58 for which my aA to A becomes 35paisa and others 75paisa but all the call charges hav become re.1how is it possible?shall my money be refunded?why dont u inform the customers about discrepencies in ur service.?day before yestrday i rechared with rs.333.may be airtel saw a big amount and started deducting in big amount.its very shamefull.

please note as i am facing problem on network issue . Firstly i would tell that i facing this problem on 12/02/2009. @ 12:45 pm still i am facing the same problem. 1) i called airtel customer care number [protected] and spoke to KARTIK he could not solve the problem. 2) i spoke to SARITHA and she gave me the complain number 26942511 and she told we have intimated to technical team who is looking in to the issue. and the SLA will be maximum till 24/02/2009, and i told her it should be sorted out with in 1 hours of time. and asked for the manager to speak to him about the issue. i did not get any proper response. 3) i called again to airtel and i got MANJUNATH in line and she also could not sort out the issue. i asked him to give the direct contact of technical team and get the things sorted by my self he did not give either the number of manager . he put me on a long hold . 4) then once again after 1 hours of time i called to airtel KIRAN received the phone and he told me it might be solved in 24 hours or it will take max up till 24/02/2009. so i asked them i want to talk to there manager . he told me he is busy. he cant respond to my call. i asked his name he told ANTHONEY. so i will be loosing so many thing as my phone is not working every time i need to go out and check the status. If this is the case at the time of payment of airtel bills every day these guys pamper us after paying also. so what should be done with such careless people. and there technicalteam could not sort sucha small issue. or do we should think that the technical team is not looking in to the issue or they havent got the message. kindly do something to chanalize the airtel and improve the customer service and loss which is born by people like me.

Since last 10-15 days I am getting SMS on my Cell No [protected] from No. 64611001 as under
"Thanks for using SpeedFlirt, subsription)subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Re.1.Enjoy http://m.igfun.com"
I have registered complain on this website and demended to discontinue the service and deregister the same. However inspite of this I am getting same SMS. It is disgusting that the No.64611001 is locked for call as well as for messages. There is no way to communicate my instructions to the Service Provider.
I once again demand to Deregister / discontinue the service and stop charging me.
