I sent a courieron 14/11/2009, they told me that it will be delivered in 48 hours., till now its not yet delivered.

Please tell me the status of my courier

Please treat it as very important as our order for Railway amounting Rs.2, 00, 000/- will be cancelled due delay in your courier service.
Once again please deliver the parcel at the earliest.

Never send anything through this courier. This is worst courier service in world.

I am also one of the frustated customer of this service...
i will advice all o[censored] never to go with On Dot.
If by any chance they deliver the consignment..it will be next month from he date of your expectation...
More over...not a single phone no as mentioned in their website and receipt is working...each no shows "user busy" whenever u try to call...
Really this was my first and last experience with On Dot..

I had sent a courier with important documents by On Dot Couriers from Lucknow on 22nd March 2010 to New Delhi Okhla Inductrial Area Phase 3. The courier has not been delivered and I have not been getting any confirmatory reply from the courier company's customer care. The consignment number of the courier was[protected].

VOLTAS LIMITED — Non Delivery of Consignments

[protected] Consignment lifted from Mumbai on 21.04.10. Today is 24.04.2010. Delivery not yet given and also the consignment could not be tracked through on line tracking. No information is dispalyed where about the consignment. if such case happens, may I ask what is the use of tracking option on web.

On Dot Courier — not delivered on time

i had send a paper with docket no.[protected] dated 12/05/10 to delhi but could not be delivered till now.
please confirm if it is being delivered .

services provided by On dot is very very poor. We have sent parcel to Himachalpradesh vide no ;[protected] dated 07.05.2010. after 3 days Rajkot office asked us to submitt Rs. 1200 as a entry tax to HP. We have deposited to On Dot Rajkot office. after 11 days when we have asked for parcel delivery, Rajkot office says that they have spent Rs. 1200 for their office work. now you have to go to bank and submitt Rs. 1200 to On Dot account. We have complaint to Mr. hukum sing of HP office, but their attitude is very sluggish. this is a clear case of cheating and we are about to lodge police complint for theft by On dot.
