[Resolved]  On Dot Courier — non delivery of my parcel

Hi, My POD number is[protected]. My branch office from hyderabad (A S rao nagar) had couriered an important papers to my office address Chennai (Purashawakkam). Still i didn't got any response from your people. I spopke to your executive Ramya on[protected], firstly she dont know what is her responce & she clearly dont know how to talk to a customer. 1st time when i called she said she busy having lunch, even i understood, OK why dont you people can call customers back ?????? it means u guys not take care of customers, isnt it ?????? 2nd time when i call she told that she need 1 hour time to crosschek my parcell, while talking to me she was chit chating with some one over there when im on line. 3rd time when i called after 1 hour she said it ll be deliver after 15 minutes & she said its a mistake form the manager, so he ll be coming for delivery im still waiting its 4 hours now, nobody had come. Im trying ur number still but no answer from anyone on the above mentioned number. Please look on to this issue & get my parcell asap. Dont know whom to contact, so please forward it to the concern person. Its really helpfull i[censored] guys call me.

I am Irshad ali I sent a courier on 5/03/2012 through on dot courier but that item is not delivered till now, and i was complaint hyderabad office and delhi office but he don't give me response. where is my courier. docket n. is[protected]

The Service of ON DOT courier is very Poor ... not Poor its pathetic . Nobody is picking the call in centres and if picked they are not ready to tell the status of delivery where actually the parcel is located. Its my humble request not to opt for this courier as the normal post will reach early than this . Thanks !

on dot courier is worst compared to local courier, i will give one example, doc-number[protected] booked 14th feb from rajkot half kg parcel, same day another party sent me material in vrl transport to my suprise in vrl transport the material is recieved on 18th feb but we have not recieved courier from on dot courier, when i contacted rajkot off chintu bhai manager he was worst than the company, i do not know how these kind of company run, and the worst how this kind of people are appointed as manager, i personally request every one with my experince not to become scape goat by booking in this courier.just imagine transport is fatser than courier, what is the use by paying heavily and booking in courier.

I had sent a courier having consignment no[protected] on 26th July 2014. It has not reached till date i.e. 7th aug 2014 and even the worst thing is when I am trying to track it on the On Dot Courier website it is showing "SHIPMENT DOES NOT EXIST" message. And when I am contacting the authorised persons of On Dot courier office they are not giving any proper response.What should I do???
