Online Recharge — Recharge failed, but amount deducted

Hi,

I had recharged my mobile no: [protected], on 9th mar 2012 at 9:18 pm through online website "rechargeitnow.com" for Rs.333. Order no: R[protected]. The amount go deducted in my canara bank account, but my mobile number was not recharged. I had complained to the airtel prepaid customer care on16th mar 2012 at 2:20pm. Complaint ref id: CONRC[protected]. They told me that this will be solved today 20th mar2012 by 3:30pm, but still now no action taken.

Kindly help me in this regard, on top priority.
