respected sir, i have a saving bank actt in sbi rk puram new delhi branch. after launching paramilitry salary package scheme by sbi, i submit an application to convert it in to pmsp account vide which i have to get multicity cheque book, double atm card, sms alert and free third party transaction charges like irctc etc. accordingly related documents like photo copy of self I. card, Pan card and any other documents which bank has asked, i deposited in the branch on 28 feb 2011, but it is sorry to say that i have not get any pmsp facility like multicity cheque book, second atm card and sms alert so far, apart of this bank is deducting third party payment charge like irctc continuing.

After my transfer presently I am posted from delhi to far flung area of north Sikkim, so I can not physically present at the branch. Therefore I request to you, please ask to branch to provide all the benefits of pmsp to me. Except this I fill for the net banking facility form separately, but I could not received any of above related documents. I tried to use sbi unhappy service also but they sent my complaint to branch concerned but bm has not solved my problems.
