[Resolved]  Pan Card — Non-receiving of PAN CARD

Dear Sir/Mam,

My name is Suraj Kumar S iapplied for PAN card almost a 30days back through your UTITSL{Ulsoor branch Bangalore} But Idid not receive any confirmation or status relating to my PAN card. I need to very urgent. As per your information we are supposed to receive it with in 15 days. . Please let me know my PAN card status.

Requesting u to conform my Pan card was sent or not :,

But as per your message i have not at all Received PAN card till now.so please conform my Pan Card was sent or not

I submit my form on 3/09/08. my form no is 25383044. But i not get it.Again i submit form on 13/02/09.form no is[protected].

i had applied for PAN Card in October 2008 and i had not received my card yet.

Sir, I applied for my pancard on 09/07/2008. Pan service code-3KRB214/Pan service center name-Alapuzha.I have contacted to Ernakulam Office, they said that send it by post till now.I did not receive it my Acknowledge Processing coupon.No[protected] and Application No.[protected].

Kindly I request you to please issue me pancard as soon as possible
