EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET. THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME . BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD. NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR ! JUST HAVE A LOOK AT MY CORRESPONDENCE WITH UTSIL ( INCLUDING IT'S TOP MANAGERS ), REGARDING MY PAN CARD . I had been applied for PAN card vide acknowledgement no.[protected] through Integrated Enterorises(India)Ltd, Dombivli.I have been applied on 23rd Jan 2009.I checked status from site its saying that"Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 17-Feb-2009.The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee has shifted'. Please contact NSDL or the TIN-Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC) where application was made by you."
I already raise the complaint about this by sending mail from Rediffmail.com .so please reply me what should i do now to receive my Pan Card, please be quik.

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi — Card Undelivered

The bank has converted my existing Platinum card number [protected] to Manhattan. The card as per the SMS from Stan Chart dated 7 September 2009 has been delivered to me by First Flight Courier (Dispatch Number CC 5884248) to my address.

I am sorry to state that I have not received the card yet and I fear that my old card as stated above will become redundant.

I have received the statment of the Manhattan card for Rs. 3859.40, but I have NOT deposited the amount because I am not sure about the safe delivery of the card.

I have spoken many times to the customer care but without any result.

I am sorry to state that your customer care is NOT at all serious in attending thecomplaints of the customer. I am using your card since the inception of Stan Chart when it took over the ANZ Grindlay in India.

Please look into this matter and ensure me that I am not PUT in the problem when Iuse my old Platinum Card.

I expect a quick action by the authorities.
