Hi I have applayed for the pan card 1.5 months back, when checked in the site for tracking its telling

"our PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 08-Dec-2012 by Registered/Speed Post** vide airway bill no. RM[protected]IN, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

I am an applicant have applied for reissue my new pan card whose acknowledgement no is [protected] when I tracked the details of delivery it showed to me that it sent back to issuing office but in tracking detail it was not even come to my home city deoria pin 274001 and returned from gorakhpur and when I am complaining about it to customer care to send back to my registered address they are not doing this and said me to again apply for new pan how much time I have to pay for new pan and it was not reached to atleast my home city there is no fault from customer but even the department who are not even lodge my complaint please send back to my pan card again...
