EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET. THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME . BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD. NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR ! Wings 2000 — no support from company

Dear Sir,

I had bought a software WINGS 2000 as they had advertised to make accounting easy for doctors. It used to run on windows 98 software. As the operating systems changed I have to use it on windows XP. I have requested the company to support me with a software "patch" or update so that I can continue to use this user friendly software on newer operating systems. I also am ready to buy a updated version provided its sold at a reasonable cost. I had bought my original CD with a teaching manual for around 400 Rs.
