[Resolved]  Passport Office Lucknow — passport not receive

i have submitted passport application, dully filled on 25/04/2011 at varanasi, bearing file number LKOZ881874.THIS IS CASE OF RENUAL.till date i have not received my renewed passport.it is requestd to do needful for early comliance.thanks

I have applied for my passport from Lucknow passport office on[protected].

Few days back the status was that the police report is clear and passport is expected to be dispatched by 22 Jul 2011 but now the status is changed to.

"Furnish New duly filled EAP(1)-(Fresh Passport Application Form) with correct answers in YES/NO columns, declaration duly signed by applicant. Answers in |X| or |/| or any other signs are not acceptable."

Sir I could not get the meaning of it.please tell me what i have to do.

We regret to inform you that I had submit passport form on 17 March 2010 on Lucknow Passport office I went many time to passport office Lucknow they always tell me your passport dispatched within 1 month after seeing I did RTI but they not give me sufficient answer and call me Lucknow when I went Lucknow he forward form for police verification finaly my police verification completed and form reached 2nd January 2012 as per Inquiry from passport office Lucknow.

Still we did not get my passport
