[Resolved]  Passport Office Lucknow — passport not receive

i am Shamash Alam, I had applied for passport on[protected] at Lucknow regional passport office and my file no is A058489.
As per my knowledge the delivery of passport at home takes maximum Three months but in my case it will be going above Ten months.
For this matter i had communicate with RPO Lucknow and APO Delhi through email on 04-Jun-2008 that you see down to this mail.
After that RPO Lucknow reply me "YOUR CASE IS UNDER PROCESS. PASSPORT WILL BE DESPETCHED SHORTLY" .

When I inquired on website such type of intimation (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances
the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time) are being received frequently from last six months.

I applied for passport on 05-SEPT-08.. Police verification got completed. The status is "due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " from 22-oct-08.please look into the matter sir.

Sir i have applied for my passport from varanasi. but till now I have not received my passport. plz send my passport nd passport status. my application no. is LKOZ 881919 dated 18/09/2008.

It would be nice if the passport office gets smarter. I myself applied more than 6 months back but did not get it in spite of the fact that I've been holding an Indian Passport for more than the past 20 years and have travelled abroad frequently for scientific research. Be quick, please! Thanks.

Hi Sir,

I've applied for passport in lucknow and the verification was done. The passport was delievered on 13th of this month and reached my house on 18th of feb. Since i am on industrial training now, could not receive it. The concerned person didn't deliever it to my parents. Please help me out to get my passport.
