I am writing this in frustration with the service I have been receiving from payback company that ICICI Bank is tied up with. Here is the issue I have
- I have never received payback card even though I have been using my icici credit card from last 5 years (since November/2006. When I had called payback customer service they took a compliant and said it will be delivered in few working days. Compliant number[protected] in Feb 2012.
- I verified with them after few weeks they said payback card is not delivered due to incorrect address. I strongly disagree with this because I have been receiving icici credit card statements and all other governmental posts on the same address. why payback is saying incorrect address?
- I complained again but they are ignoring my requests and the card has not been delivered despite many follow ups.
- As result I have lost so many reward points that got expired. who is the cause? why i should lose?
- I have lost money on phone calls talking to Payback and ICICI helpdesk.
I am cheated by Payback company and ICICI bank. I request you to take action.
