I am a payback member and my card no. Is [protected]. I am also thoroughly disappointed with payback customer service. I made a purchase of around 8022 rs ( which should amount to some 200 points) at big bazaar on 29/01/2012 and swiped my payback card at the counter but the payback points never got credit.
I informed payback customer care about it around 22nd february an they said that they will get back within 15 days and the points will get credited in my account. I even mailed them a scanned copy of the bill. But their customer care never responds not even to the emails.
It is not merely about the points but the sheer service they are providing which disappoints me so much. And, I never followed my payback points closely before so I really don't have much clue as to how many points I would have already lost out on by not following.
I sincerely hope that they do bring in more professionalism in their organization and after getting acquired by an international loyalty brand they should do much better.
