I had ordered a meal from the Pizza Hut Delivery at SCO, Sector 56, Gurgaon in the beginning of Dec 08. However, after sometime, to my disappointment, i felt some hard object in my mouth, which came out to be a sharp-edged metal piece about 1.5cms x 1cms which had chipped-off my teeth and some part of the cheek. I called upon the manager in charge who saw the object, merely apologized and returned back the money for the order placed with a verbal confirmation that Pizza hut will issue an apology letter with appropriate compensation. Since then, i was following up with the manager and his higher ups(in Yum group), till they denied me of anything in writing and told me to raise the concern to whichever authority i did like to. Although i have now stopped calling for or visiting any Pizza Hut, i really wonder if this is the customer retention policy which the Pizza Hut boasts of. Was this information helpful? |
