I have placed a order for pizza on 3rd jan 2025 with order no 10060712 worth rs.517, the order was cancelled from store end and tilldate the refund is not provided inspite of multiple reminders to call centre and thru facebook .

Every time they say is they are looking into the matter and will resolve it . But it has been more than a month ans still it is not resolve....

The pizza i recived had half of the toppings off fallen on the box it was in a disastrous state. It was also stale and i felt puking after eating. Delivery partner called 7 times. I ordered pizza from pizza hut goel ganga sinhgad road pune through their app on sunday at 8.15 pm
The order was confirmed and payment was done online
The app displayed 'your order is ready for delivery' at 8.45 pm
The order was not delivered till 10.15 pm
When contacted your customer care his response was 'i do not have any delivery person' and your order can not be delivered

Complaint Date : 24th July 2024.

I have placed an order for Rs. 349.66 with an order ID 17254207 on 09th July 2024.
The order was cancelled from stores side mentioning the reason of delivery partner demand.
They assured that the refund will be done within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
