The worst experience ever had. What a disgusting management.We order but we get just pizzas n ketch up, no flakes, no seasoning, the delivery guy just leaves and doesn't turn up.The customer executives says will call back but [censored]ing no response.the store manager says will deliver the order in20minutes but its 16:00 now, we still hungry.What the [censored] we still waiting.Take this that guy gives us no bill.And who the hell is managing this store? Yesterday (11 July) evening at arund 08:00 PM I placed an order for home delivery and I was promised a delivery at 08:55 PM and I followed up with pizza hut guys till 10:45 and the pizza never reached my place. At 10:45 PM they told me that it would take another 45 mins to reach at my place.
This makes it around 3 hours and there was no intimation from these guys, it was me who gave around 10 to 15 calls as I had some guests at my place and it was so damn embarassing that the kids didn't had their dinner last night.
Even at the time of placing my order the guy was not at all professional which made me talk to his supervisor and the same was the case with him as well.
I do remember the name of the guys whom I had a word with while placing the order.

As per my address the store aligned is located at Alaknanda which is a 10 to 12 mins distance from my place and while following up with these guys it was told that to me multiple times that the rider is on his way and will reach in around 5-7 mins.
It was too bad an experience and I am so dissapointed that I feel like taking some legal action however I am aware that it is just a verbal contract between you guys and the customer which is not valid for any legal action but as a customer I hope that you will be taking some strict action and will be intimating me about the same.
And as a suggestion you should always keep in mind that your competitors in the market are keeping upto the mark and the service standards are much better and higher than what I have experienced yesterday so you should take some appropriate action and measurement steps as far as your staff is concerned.
I hope that this conveys the message and also that it would be directed to someone responsible who will take some serious action against the culprit.
