[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Food dropped on my lap

I have just returned from pizza hut in Bedford and am very annoyed. I decided to take my husband and daughter out to pizza hut. We ordered our starters and they went down fine and when it came to our pizza being served the girl brought it to my table and then as she went to put it on the table the whole pizza landed on my lap and new dress!! :( And then told me she would make me another one.....to which i did not want as my new dress was covered in tomatoe sauce, cheese and all the other toppings from the pizza... They did not offer a refund or a cleaning apparatus for my dress. I will NOT return to pizza hut in the future!!!" Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

for misguiding me regarding the time of delivery

at10;00 pm i make call at pizzahut highway plaza for delivery.mr, hemant told me that we mke delivery upto 9;00 pm only.when icheck it on onlinepizzahutt then it was 11;30pm .so plz take action against him for misguiding me. thnks

Non refund for online trasectiom
