I hae comolain to vodafone. i have one no. with FNF plan

but i don't know why sometime vodaphone cut more charge & if i call to customer care they also not able to give right responce .vodafone have a rough customer service in (a.p.) india. customer care person also don't know propely about vodafone plan. i want to know the solution in which way they return my balance which they unnessasary cut. another best option is indian coustmer forum.
