I am Nilesh my cell number is [protected]. I have set dialer tone in my cell, please deactivate. Please deactivated the dialer tone.

I came to punjab from RAJASTHAN Till Bhatinda Everything was working properly on my Cell
But sudden it stoped working ,
even i tried to solve myself, like removing and then inserting SIM,
i call my friend to talk at CUSTOMER CARE
no satisfactory replied provided,
instead silly concerned that your SIM IS BLOCKED by AIRTEL
what is this???
Plz solve this problem i have no other sim
i m fully depandant on it,

I am talk with customer care from last 2 day (4444) ...
My problem is ...a default idea dialer/caller tone is activated automatically on my mobile ...and some amount is charging for that tone...I sent a message to deactivate this service first.

My Question is how to activated caller tune automatically without key any press of my cell?

Your Customer Care member say me you press 9 but I had not press any key .I just on my Speaker phone of my cell and put cell on a table and dialer call disconnect automatically.

so tell me how this is possible ? check out your system.and please refund my money.

I am trying to connect customer care from last 1 day still it is saying"Welcome to the Idea customer Care and for your chit chat balance dial 346 " and no option for logging a complaint or talking to customer care rep. nothing at all ...This is really wasting my valuable time and also irritating ...

Prepaid — Rs.14 Prepaid Internet Connection - Auto Debit

On 17th july 2011 i had recharged for Rs.14 prepaid internet pack at 10.00am it expiry 20th 10.00am. But this pack continousely in service, due this service every 3 days your company forged debited for Rs14. So far more than three time forged debited ,

so i ask immediately cut my internet service and credit the forged debited amount,

first you have to explain what do you mean by prepaid?

I think vodafone prepaid means auto debit internet. Customer care service is very poor.
