A S Constructions — DELAY IN CONSTRUCTION
Dear Sir/Madam,I am Suresh. Myself, Brother and friends syndicated and gave the construction responsibility to one of our friends (who is also a part of this project) uncle who is a builder. Builder has given us the assurance that he will complete the construnction IN/ON time. And on the same note, we have written an agreement between Builder and the flat owners (ourselves).
And as per the Agreement, we have clearly mentioned the dates on phase wise amount release to builder and the construction phase that needs to be completed by the builder. And also we have a clause saying, if any of the parties are not going to abide to the agreement, then that particular party has to pay a penalty which is clearly mentioned in the agreement. And as per the agreement the builder suppose to complete the construction by August 2009 (Construction deal happened in the month of Feb 2008), but till today there is still a pending work of about 40%. And builder is not abiding to the agreement clause on penalty, and he is not at all responding our calls, and infact the work is going on very slow pace, and by looking at that pace, we are really worried that it may take more than a year or 2.
Please let us know how to take forward and get the justice on our part from the builder's harassment. Appreciate your response on this.
It is very sad that such a reputed contructions company is getting disrepute to their reputation.
Infact the Noida office head Mr Gaurav does not even know how to give answers to the investors, infact he speaks so rudely and gives impression as if we are beggers and they have nothing to do with the allotees, Infact they are offering the possession without any development and without paying/adjusting delay penalty due to the allotees.
This is sickening as per Mr Gaurav the township will only be ready by 2017, than why did they take complete payment by 2007.
I apeal to all allotees to give legal notice to the pushpanjali constructions to refund the money with penalty of 10% as per the lease agreement per year.

Pushpanjali Constructions are making fool every one, they have taken money and for gotton to stat any execution at site, if you go to the site near chatta village Kosi (for Meadows project) at site staff is not willing to explain any thing, they revert back to Noida office, and now Noida office ask customers to contact their head office at Agra.only GOD knows what will happen with us and with our money invested since 4 years back in this project.
Pushpanjali Constructions does not have the legal ownership of Meadows project. They are delaying the project and have invested the money received from Meadows customers in their hospitals projects in Agra.
I am one of the grieved investor in Meadows, Kosi.

What about the delay in the project !? What is the penalty for their delay !?

pushpanjali constructions — yet not delivered possession of plot
i booked a plot from this company in its pptown phase i project , after four years, nothing work done in the site and builder has not given possession of the plot i am one of the investor
Met Gaurav Sharma of Pushpanjali Constructions Noida and he says that Meadows project will finish in 2017. People paid money to Pushpanjali in 2006 and they will get their land in 2017. It is the biggest fraud and police and Enforcement directorate of government of india should intervene and arrest Puspanjali Constructions owners immediately for cheating and fraud.
Pushpanjali constructions Meadows project will never complete. It seems the money invested is totally lost as owners of Pushpanjali have past record of fraud and only a PIL in supreme court can set them right. Gaurav Shrama seems to be their henchman for fooling people.
FIR should immediately filed in Noida and CBI complaint filed against Gaurav Sharma as his signatures are there in all documents.

I booked 2 plots in Pushpanjli meadows & I feel cheated as the people in the office have no clue. Let us form a forum to take it up with the promoters.

I sudhir Levi have purchased a Plot of 500 Sq YRD in the project named PP Town Phase -1 (Agara Mathura Road) in Nov, 2006 Unit No 245 @ Rs. 945/ sq yrds developed by PP Buildcon PVT Ltd (group Compnies of Pushpanjali Construction Pvt Ltd having its registered office at Pushpanjali palace delhi gate Agara and corporate office at E-48 Sector – 63, Noida 201301 UP. I paid total Rs. 345000/ as total cost of this plot on various dates as per demand raised by them.
I have signed a builder buyer agreement after payment of 270000/ dated on 07th September, 2007 and agreed the possession of land within one year time.
After several visits and reminders to builder till date there is neither possession given nor they are ready to refund my money.
Now, they are saying they don’t had any approval to this project and they are unable to deliver the plots. In this I case I asked for refund of money but they are not refunding / responding to me for last 5 years.
They are fraud and cheater. Please be aware of them and don’t deal with them

I am planning for FIR against Pushpanjali Constructions Pvt. ltd..As you must have read in the contract papers all the proceedings will be held at Agra court. I need to have a group of investors who will support the case and we will ask for refund. I have few names already:

are we people going to take some strong action, otherwise nothing going to happen

Dear all, i booked a plot size 500 yards in pp town phase i @ 900/-, later on they switched me in koshi @ 1150/- per yard for same size, at that time they are saying to pay rs 125 000 as balance money and i can go for ragistary, now they are demanding[protected] per yard) as development charges, as per company, they will launched plots and villa in oct 2013, till date i paid them 78.26% of total cost of the plot, at the time of shifting they did not give me any idea regarding additional charges. So if one wants to talk to me, he can talk to me to take action against this builder, my phone number is [protected]. They are showing market rates are 3000 per yards at this time
today i visited their Noida office, E-48, sector 63, they are not ready to giving us details of development charges (meadows project), if this project is approved, then approval should be taken from Mathura Vrindavan authority, they are saying they have to pay funds to Agra authority. according to the company, lot of works done in that work, I visited on 21.06.2013, in my view lot of work are pending, so best way to talk with the company in a group, so talk to me on my mobile no [protected]

Pushpanjali group is not owning the Meadows land. They have sold the land to an associate company.
