I, Amit Gupta have purchased a Plot of 500 Sq YRD in the project named PP Town Phase -1 (Agra Mathura Road) in Nov, 2006 Unit No 566 @ Rs. 945/ sq yards developed by PP Buildcon PVT Ltd (group Companies of Pushpanjali Construction Pvt. Ltd having its registered office at Pushpanjali palace Delhi gate Agra and corporate office at E-48 Sector – 63, Noida 201301 UP. I paid total Rs. 427500/ as total cost of this plot on various dates as per demand raised by them.
I have signed a builder buyer agreement after payment of 325000/ dated on April, 2007 and agreed the possession of land within one year time.
After several visits and reminders to builder till date there is neither possession given nor they are ready to refund my money.
Now, they are saying they don’t had any approval to this project and they are unable to deliver the plots. In this I case I asked for refund of money but they are not refunding / responding to me for last 5 years.Now Project has been shifted from main Highway. They have changed it totally.
