We would like to inform you that I invested in your project name PP town phase I plot no 373 as on 26/09/2007 (it was a transfer case). You failed to give the possession till 23/06/2011 and due to unavoidable reasonsproblems, you cannot further work on existing project (as Informed by you), your approach us to shift investment into new project at the various meeting held in your Noida office with your team.
As we had not any other option, so I agreed to switch our investment into new project name “Meadows” and for that you charged Rs 125000/- from me for shifting charges as booking rate was more than the existing investment (@ 1150 less 900 * 500 yards). I paid all the charges innocently without having any fault and cooperate with you with divestment from good location of NH – 2.
It means we scarified in monetary term (Charges of Shifting) as well good location (near highway NH-2 to 800-900 meter from highway).
For new project you charges Rs 1, 25, 000/- for infrastructure developing charges as on 22/12/2014 to develop and provide the committed township plan i.e. Artificial lake, Golf Course, Well Maintained park, Market etc.
Whenever we enquired in your Noida, they always said to go for registration, we just want to ask you a question that I was invested in your project on the basis of committed township plan instead of buying fields. After long experience with you I observed that you are not serious to developing and complete your project as per layout plan.
At last we have only option to file application in consumer forum as you diverted fund, poor quality of project, and delay in delivery.
So it is requested to you that please provide the possession of plot with committed layout or return me my investment with applicable rate as decided by the court along with penalty for inconvenience.
