[Resolved]  RBS — Late Fees

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my complaints against RBS credit card division for charging me late fees for the month of may 2011to the amount of 650.00 rupees.The reason for non payment is not receiving the bill due to which i was unable to pay (i always use pay slip for the bill to pay) for that particular month and even after informing the bank they refuse to take off the charges and sent me the proof of delivery for may and June and for may it clearly says a name rakesh written on the courier slip whom i don't know and no mention of tel no which the courier company always asks for while handing over the letter etc.
I inform the bank via emails that there's no such person in my house by the name of rakesh but they said that its an insecure way of sending the bill and i would have to pay the charges whether its right or wrong POD/
Im attaching the POD sent to me along with this letter.

Kindly advice how i can i proceed now.Can i send the email or forward them to you.

I'm ex-employee of RBS and Mr. Prakash Singh didn't give my salary on time.
