Harassment from RBS Agency
Hi,
I was using ABN ABRO Credit card since 2003.I used 28000/ in 2008 for personal use.I paid till jan 2011.my rest principal amount was 12000/ i have paid for 2 year, due to financial problem and also because of loss of job i was unable to pay the same. In june 2011 i had request for the final settlement and it was agreeded that they will be sending a representative for the same but till now that did not happen ,they says you were the employee of ABN Amro Bank.Your Card settlement is not Possible.you will pay 25000/.other wise we will take action against you,Mr ajay Give daily Threating call to me.but as of now due my financial probelm i am unable to pay the same, but now an agent by comes daily and harasses my family and the security person. Inspite of telling them that i am facing a financial problem and the final settlement will be done by Mar 2010.
