MY AND MY FAMILY CREDIT REPORT IS ACCESSED BY RBS FROM CIBIL ON THE BASIS OF FRAUD DOCUMENTS. WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME THEY ACCEPT THAT SUCH IS HAPPENED. I did withdrawal rs 4000 only from the RBS ATM, GIP, NOIDA. My 4000 did not come out but 4000 was deducted from my account....

Actually i am the old loan customer of ABN Amro Bank (Presently it is RBS). Recently I have applied the Home Loan, the represented bank did the CIBIL enquiry. There is one transaction which I was not able identify in that, where it shows as Over Due Amount of the Credit Card.

The Bank has been levying late charges and finance charges thereof since May 2010, inspite of repeated reminders that they are illegitimate. In fact I had asked them to cancel the card, which they have not. The total outstanding which they are claiming are all on account of late charges and finance charges....not a single rupee is regarding actual purchases made by me.

I was having a salary a/c with RBS (earlier called ABN-AMRO) from feb'2005,for that they have given me two a/c no.1078892/1078893 as the salary & reimbursement a/c. and when i switched my job to the next company in may 2008, they transferred both the salary & reimbursement a/c to saving a/c and about the charges they have said to me that i have to keep Rs.15,000 in any of the account on the average...
