my problem is solve now so plz delete my complaint as soon as possible as because of it i have got many fake calls on my number so plz delete this complaint as soon as possible

I have tried twice to recharge of Rs.59 in my Reliance GSM mobile.first time through credit card and second time through debit card(net-banking).both the times my money has deducted from the accounts but i dint got any recharge.I have read your refund policy.You are granting recharge in two working days.please if possible do it today or else don't recharge and refund my money.and please if possible recharge Rs.59 only once and refund the second amount.

Don't use this site now. because from 18 APR i am facing issues for recharges all network. after filling card details its showing failed process. its misleading to hack your card details

already request sent to website team, but there is no response. friends pls avoid to use this ASAP.

I made a top up on my BSNL mobile with Rs.110 on 6/5/2013 through recharge it now using SBI net banking. But I did not receive my top-up.I got a confirmation email about recharge successful on my mail and also a message through net banking. Even BSNL customer care does not have it in their records about my recharge. These two things are contradictory. Please look into the matter. And get my money refunded.

I recharge my mobile using RechargeitNow site and 2 times, my payment has been deducted but my mobile not recharged, I send many mails to Citrus and still not getting refund but in mail they mention that my issue has been resolved.

I keep trying to get my refund.

RechargeITNow and Citrus both provide a very porr service, never ever use their service or you have to be ready to take a extra pain to get your refund.

Mobile was not recharged
I have recharged the mobile [protected]
on 18th Oct 2013 for Rs 50. using my ICICI bank account.But the mobile
was not recharged and the money was debited from the account.I have made
one more recharge using the same account to the same number and it was
successfull.

When I checked with the bank, they informed me that the Transaction was successfull and the transction id was KR[protected].
