I had a very bad experience with rechargeitnow.com
I have never observed such an unprofessional services from any other online company.
I have tried to recharge my mobile-[protected] on 30-June-2011 with INR 444, but it get failed and the amount has been debited from my account.
I have waited for 2-3 working days by assuming that amount will get credited by its own process, but nothing happened.
then, I had raised a compliant on their online 'contact us' page (Track Id:[protected]).
But After raising the complaint from more than 1 week back, No response/resolution has been provided by their team.
I had escalated the issue 4 days back, but again no response/resolution from their side.(Track Id:[protected]).
I had tried to write a mail on their email '[protected]@rechargitnow.com' but its getting bounced again and again.
No customer care number to call them up.
I am still trying to follow up with their team and did one escalation again today.
I will wait for another 2 days and then I will raise this issue to the consumer court and will take all legal help to get them punished.
Now It seems that they are big cheaters or a big fraud company.
I will give updates regularly on this thread. Lets just see if 'rechargeitnow' team is listening this and will solve this. Was this information helpful? |
