[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — No Refunds Made for failed transactions

Hi,

I made two transactions of recharge of Videocon D2H for Rs. 500 and Rs. 535 from RechargeItNow.com, both of which failed, but money was deducted from the bank account. Its been 8 days now, and I haven't recieved a refund from RechargeItNow for the same. The transaction details are as follows:

First transaction:

amount: 500.00

transaction ID: 63887368

Second transaction:

date time:[protected]:36 PM
subscriber ID: 619465
amount: 535.00
order ID: R[protected]
