Hi,
I had done a recharge on 13th march,2013 for my mobile phone online via rechargeitnow.com. After my transaction i was diverted to a page showing that my transaction was successful . I checked my bank account balance and saw an amount of 110 INR has been deducted but didn't receive the balance nor a message from them.
I waited for 2 hours and checked my balance but still the recharge was not done.i filed a complaint on the website itself and the complaint was registered successfully.As written in their norms, i waited for 7 working days but didn't receive a mail or a call from them.Neither did i get a recharge for the designated amount.Nor did they refund my money.I escalated the issue after that and waited for 2 more days as given in the website but it was of no use.Still i didn't receive a mail or message or recharge from them.My account was still showing the debited amount.I escalated again after 2 working days but it was of no use.please help.

Rechargeitnow — NO recharge done
Hi.. I have recharged from my SBI net banking and i got a confirmation that my recharge has been successful. But till now no recharge has been done on my mobile. My num is [protected]. and transaction id 2411795..What can i do in this case?
