RechargeItNow.com — Tata Docomo prepaid account not get recharged

I have recharged my TataDocomo cell having no [protected] on dt[protected] for an amount of RS 250 from my credit card at "Rechargeitnow.com".It shows payment status as "Successfull" but Recharge status as "Recharge Processed".And till to day my mobile is not credited with balance.

Please help me out on this.
