I tried an online recharge for my brother's aircel mobile number [protected] for Rs 100. Transaction got failed yet money was deducted from my sbi account through net banking. The date of this transaction was 24 sep 2012. I filed a complaint on the contact us option the same day, and further the escalation option after one week. I have still not received any recharge from the company nor any refund made and also no-one communicated from the company side.
