only want my password of my rediffmail account

From the last 1 week i can't able to login into my rediffmail account. and i dnrt remember my secret answer n alternate id also. i tried so many way. It's coming that maximum number of your trails is exhausted. It is very important mail ID for me. kindly take any action for the recovery of my password .I opened new ID FOR RECOVERY OF MY REDIFFMAIL ID.

My id was [protected]@rediffmail.com[protected] pl. help me by recovering the password.

It will be appreciated if the efficiency of your mail service is improved rather than giving more stress on its looks. It is really frustrating as I am unable to access my mails as as message saying "We are unable to process your request right now. Please try later." keeps popping out.
This is an important contact id for me and hence request you to take immediate remedial steps.

For the past two days I have been trying to log in to my account : [protected]@rediffmail.com, but I cannot get thru on account of the notice posted on the webpage :

"Rediffmail is currently undergoing maintenance. You will be able to access your account normally again in a few minutes.

Even I enter correct password and user name showing incorrect i think someone is hacked my id change secret question of my rediffmail.
