I cannot acces rediff mail... please help me

help me...hope your positive response.

i forgotten my rediff mail Password. ID is venki

Rediffmail — cannot access my account

from last two days iam not able access my rediff account ([protected]@rediffmail.com).please take necessary action.

My mails on rediff account are not accessible. It is showing ''Your mail is loading, please wait'' from last two days, pl. help!!

From the last two days I can't able to login into my rediffmail account.My rediffmail id is '[protected]@redffimail.com'.On the login time only massage send me 'your e-id & password incorrect'.So I am very sad because it is very important mail id for me. kindly take any action quickly for the recovery of my e-id & password.I hope your positive response.

I am thankful to RediffMail for providing me trouble free service for the last over ten years.

I need urgent help with me RediffMail email account login. My password seems to have gotten locked due to not remembering the changed password. The last password change was on either 22nd or 23rd April 2012. My last active password was 2470332.
Whenever I am trying to retrieve my mail box, it says wrong username and password combination. Perhaps I forgot the password. When I go to forget password and after entering my e-mail id, I give answer to the security questions – my Mother's maiden name – which is Kamini and after entering the code shown in the image, it says as the answer you have submitted is incorrect. I tried many a times till the session expires and it appears – session expired try after 24 hours.

Will you please help me unlocking my account and send me a new password ?

I really need to retrieve my old account of [protected]@rediffmail.com as all my personal correspondences for the last several years are stored in.
