but i am not receipt my passport .
so please receive my passport as soon as possible for my purpose

My daughter, Richa Dadhiwala (DOB : 22.10.1988) applied for her passport from Kolkata RPO on 29/10/2009. Her file no. is M013458. Police verification was completed at my Durgapur residence on 28th Dec '09 and after so many months my daughter has not yet received her passport. While going thru the internet, she has not found any status.

I personally have visited Kolkata RPO thrice but there is no reply.

KIndly do something and oblige me thereby.

I have applied for my passport through REGIONAL passport office, KOLKTA on 16/03/2010, and police inquiry on 03/04/2010 at chanditala-2, hooghly, W.B. police station . I have already given all the documents related to the passport office as well as local police station.But i have not received my passport still now.
so'my heartiest request to you to grant my passport and obliged me.If it possible please arrange the passport by 25/07/2010, after which I will be out of station because of 3-4 month industrial training from my college.

I have allready given all the documents related to the passport also deposited and Police enquiry was completed on31/03/2010 also deposited Rs.1000/-. But i have not received my passport still now.

I have applied for a new passport with Kolkata Passport office on 23-Oct-2009. My Passport file no. CAL-A[protected]. The status showing on the net is "Please submit P.P. forms along with Photographs for re-verification”
Still I did not found my passport.
Please look into this matter as my job requires a passport and I lost many opportunities because of this problem that I am facing.

Good day to you.

With deepest regret, would like to inform you we are simply dissapointed with the service we are receiving from the Regional Passport office, Kolkata.

I am a NRI, staying out of the country more than 7 yrs.now and I only have my old mother staying all alone at our Kolkata residence.

We lost our father mid last year and we have decided to bring our mother to stay here with all o[censored]s.

Her file number is - A086596 and was applied on 23.11.2009.( File name - Swapna Paul )

Police verification and everything is been done as per the procedure and we were informed that the pasport will be ready in short time. Even we chacked the status on NET after few weeks and it showed that the passport is already been issued in my mothers name. But since then & till today we have not received the passport in our hand. We have sent letters, she herself went to the Regional office few times to get an update but all her efforts has gone in vain so faar we didn't get any response fron any one.

In this situation we really feel HELPLESS & FRUSTRATED as we don't know what to do and whom to ask even.

We still feel India is a country where we can expect some resolution for this kind problems and a proper action will be taken by the concerned authorities.

Anticipeting some positive response and some needful action from your highest authority.

i hav applied for PASSPORT and my police verification is also over in month of march 2010... still now i hav not got the paaport... and there is no change in the pasport status also for 5 months...

Not reaceived the passport . The police verification was done in sep end . Till now no update in portal and no response from passport office

No status for passport CAL-A[protected] for last two months .

This is to bring to your kind notice the kind of harressment i had to face for my passport. I have applied for my passport on 14 July 2009 (file number A 052967) but till date (20 October 2010) i have not received my passport. Police verification has been done and during the verification i have been asked to pay some money. I am working with a private bank as a service quality officer and it is not possible for me to everyday go and beg in front of the passport officers to check the status of my passport. The police verification was done in October 2009 (IP number 20149) and after few months i came to know that my document were misplaced in barasat office, how careless was this. However the documents were traced and they claim that they have sent the documents on 04 october 2010 to the concern department that was after one year of police verifcation done. This is my earnest request if this complaint is checked and taken seriously please help me out.

PASSPORT OFFICE — applied in June'10 but still not received my passport

Hi Team,

Hope I will get solution from your end. I had applied passport in June'10 and my police verification completed with long delay in month of Aug'10 and finally from Commissioner office my verification details were sent to passport office on Nov 12th 2010.
As I have week off on saturday and could not reach to the passport office in weekdays, I raised a complaint in Passport seva office([protected]) on Dec 21st 2010. Today is 18th Jan'11 but still this ticket has not been resolved. They tell that they are also waiting reply from Passport officer and it is getting delayed as I applied through BANGALORE ONE office.

Now I dont understand where is the problem and whom to contact. Everyone suggest me to go to Passport Office. As couldnot go to there only I raised a complaint in Passport seva kendra, if they also doesnt resolve the query than why they take the complaints????

I also tried calling passport office, but no one is picking up the call :-(

Kindly let me know your suggestions and solutions.

respected officer i narbada chettri, resident of kalimpong had applied to renew my passport bearing number: A 8835491, which expired on 18th of july 2010. Thus i reapplied for a new one at the passport office in siliguri, and they gave me a receipt number (PACC/SLG2894/2010) dated 15/07/2010 and the reference number B024857. Now its been more than 10 months and i have not received the revised passport. I also went to the post office at kalimpong, dist- darjeeling, but they asked me to chck at siliguri passport office. Yesterday (06/05/2011) i had been to the passport office and they gave me the above reference number- B024857 and asked me to check online. I did checked but it says the information is wrong. So i am forced to write down to you and bring to your kind notice. I hope that you would look into the matter and do the needful.
